Now that we're back I wanna get back my team or a semblance of it, but instead of pumping up jeety projects we do something ourselves. Binge watched Undercover Billionaire few weeks ago & decided to take the approach of Grant Cardone where he pushes not to work for a salary, but to try to own a percentage of the company. Have some family who has invested a lot into machinery & make cool quality stuff, but they know shit about marketing & advertising. DESU I don't either, but I can wing it & see clear opportunities. I offered my services for bringing them customers. And they accepted. Gave them a line from the show also talking about understanding sweat equity & understood until we were turning a profit I wouldn't be getting a paycheck. Because my end goal is to own a part of the company & take a percentage of the profits. So if this does get off the ground and works out, what should I position myself with? I'm thinking a percentage of the profits but I don't want to ask too much since it's family, but also don't want to cut myself short. Bonus points if you've got some good videos to watch about the subject. Books are fine also, but it's easier for me to focus on videos.
