One more piece of advice, when you are buying a token, never buy a token based on PROMISE, buy based on results, hell even buy based on narratives, but never unrealistic promise. Someone is making a cryptocurrency which promises to cure cancer? Avoid. You're here to make money, follow the money, follow the TVL, follow the active addresses. Buy results.

The current system is collapsing before our eyes. There’s nothing the fed can do to stop this. They can either try to print away the debt which causes inflation to become hyperinflation, this would cause people to hedge in gold, silver, Bitcoin. Typically bonds but I’m not so sure about that this time. On the other hand they go the opposite approach, they hike rates. This causes more stress on banks which are bleeding due to the current hikes. What I’m describing is just the beginning of the problem that exists. If you don’t understand the petrodollar, then research that. And research BRICS and SWIFT. Learn what they are, how they play a very important role in the global economy. I PROMISE YOU THERE WILL BE MORE BANKS THAT FAIL. They need everyone to remain calm long enough for them to squeeze every last drop of liquid out of the market before it all turns upside down. They leave us holding the bag. It’s a tale as old as time. You need to become your own bank. Whether it be with Bitcoin, Gold, Silver.. etc.. keep your money safe. Something that no matter what happens in this economic climate, will hold its value. Gold (possibly silver) is truly the only asset that will always hold its value no matter where you go, when you go. Bitcoin is a better monetary tool than gold, which is why I love it. But right now it’s not widely accepted and isn’t as sure of a bet as Gold. But fuck it. My entire portfolio is in Bitcoin. I love it.

You should NEVER put all your liquid assets in one kitty. First off, you should have 3-6 months income saved in liquid assets for emergencies just in case. 1 year is ideal, but once you have 3 you can start looking at investing what overages you have. I PROMISE if you start working towards that goal, you’ll start sleeping better at night. My DCA is 17….I’m lowkey hoping it tanks to $6,000 again so I can buy more bc I’m a set it and forget it investor. NOW…think about how YOU’LL feel if my dream scenario happens. Can you take that financial loss, wait a couple years to bounce back and still sleep at night? If you can’t, get out and wait for it to drop again. I didn’t get out at $60,000 and I’m sweating it ZERO….just upped my weekly investment when it dropped closer to my average again

Or it will say "woops, our deposit-verification-scheme amount JUST went up to 0.2, kindly go ahead and send more and then we will release the funds this time, we PROMISE." Rinse and repeat until your cold storage is empty. I saw a guy on here who DIDN'T ask reddit first send over 0.7 BTC before getting suspicious. Probably just bought a scammer in a third world country a new apartment. His situation was more complex though, he appeared to be on the real coinbase website, but must have had RDP malware on his PC because someone was manipulating the pages HTML to create the prompts requesting a deposit. Pretty clever, tbh.

Once you understand that the number you see in your account are not actual dollars but a PROMISE of dollars instead, then you start to understand why the banks are NOT "lending money they don't have" (they are just creating promises, or in other words, emitting debt against their balance, which is okay).

You seem to be very confused with this subject, and I don't blame you because it is not that easy. Let me clarify this for you: banks don't create money, they create debt. When you think that you have 50$ in your bank, you don't have 50$, you have a PROMISE to receive 50$ from the bank, and a promise may be honored or may be not, but what you have is a LIABILITY of the bank that you USE LIKE MONEY but it is not (unless you consider that the liabilities of the companies are money, wich could be correct but companies don't create liabilities out of thin air). I didn't say that liquidity caused a subprime mortgage fraud: I said that Central Banks caused a giant liquidity BUBBLE and that THIS was the origin of the crisis (a liquidity crisis) and that the missclassification of the mortgages risk and its rapid circulation and recomposition was a consequence of it.

I truly believed this once too. I’ve stopped watching the news since last February. I find myself be no less or more informed about anything that has any impact on my well being and mental health. It helps to have work mates or friends that watch the news. I also have a guilty habit of tick tock memes that showcase news events in 30 sec increments. I also watch a crypto currency’s you tuber from time to time who periodically touches on world events. But that’s it. I PROMISE you that your life will drastically improve if you stop watching and listening to main stream news. I hope that someday everyone categorizes main stream news viewing like we categorize smoking cigarettes or doing heroine. Just try it for 2 weeks, you’ll never look back.

So not happening. if you make a coin that tries to do something like this and PINKY PROMISE not to rug pull me I'll throw 50$ at it. You clearly put a lot of thought into it. Not sure how accurately this system could run if it could leap the whales resisting barrier, but it's a nice thought.

Great points, but hard to read! I've formatted your reply a little bit: In this order: - not-anonymous team. If they hide their faces, you better hide your money 🤣   - company registered in a safe country (not Cayman Islands or something like that).   - team answering questions, even hard questions. Team saying bad things about the project is important. No project is perfect, especially early-on it will be missing LOTS of code and features they couldn’t finish yet. Ask them what is missing, if they can’t admit anything bad, it means they are not transparent and you can’t trust anything else they say about the project.   - github: how much code have they written, by how many users? If the company says they have 100 devs but only 1 account contributed code that is not good. How much lines of code are there? Is it updated EVERY DAY? If a team of coders is working on this 8 hours a day, it needs to be updated every day. Get a developer friend to go through the code and check for quality. Or learn to code yourself. Code can be bad or even worse: can have rugpul mechanics.   - bad marketing can be a good sign. If they spend more on marketing than on development you can be sure it is a scam coin. Technical people are usually bad at marketing and communication. But don’t use this as an excuse for teams that don’t answer at all. If the dev team has no time+interest to be active on their own Reddit/forum then not only are they unprofessional but the own team doesn’t care about the project, so why should you?   - white paper: not really as important as people say on Reddit (gullible). White paper is like a promise made by a politician, it is JUST A PROMISE and doesn’t mean shit. They aren’t even obligated to fulfill what is in the white paper and they can replace it any time with a new/updated one. The only role of the whitepaper is for you to check if they have spent time thinking about the solution, see if they can write decently and if they they sound smart with what they write. But anyone can write a whitepaper, very few can deliver. Edit: typo
