ALTU shareholders approved monthly extensions from April 11 up to December 11. If SPACTrack had them listed in upcoming mergers for July 11, that was a mistake.
I can't find any filings or news about ALTU. They are set to Merge July 11th. ​ Spactrack is no longer listing them in the upcoming mergers, it was last week. Does anyone have any ideas?
Following the strategy of targeting pre-DA warrants with an LOI and an extension vote/approval, I hit on 6 DA’s in the past 2.5 months or so (CPUH, ANZU, ALTU, OXUS, VHAQ, ATAK). More than I had all of 2021 and 2022 combined. Would’ve been thrilled if you told me that I would have so many DAs to start the year. Unfortunately, most of them have not yielded the returns that I had hoped for… also had one liquidation (NVSA) even with an LOI and extension vote scheduled. Still holding a few pre-DA but don’t think I’ll be adding too many new ones going forward.

We now got ALTU 1.67m (nav $10.05 - signif. lower than the others and low enough to not guarantee $10 calls ITM for next op-ex's) BREZ 1.69m (nav $10.38) RAM 2.3m (nav $10.33) This whole split between different ones is exactly why they will never run. We can't lock up a 4m+ shares, but we can def lock up a 1.69m.

ALTU released the [8-K with vote totals](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1843656/000147793222007145/amao_8k.htm), but did not disclose redemptions. The issued and outstanding stock remaining, including how many shares subject to redemption, will have to be in the next 10-Q, which should be filed around November 15. ***If*** ALTU or Royalty Management files a preliminary proxy or S-4 registration for the proposed business combination before then, the information should also be in that filing.

ALTU had a non-redeeming agreement with some holders, [announced in June](https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2022/06/08/2459237/0/en/Altitude-Acquisition-Corp-Announces-Non-Redemption-Agreements.html), for 1.25 million shares. The press release said that was for the previous extension ( until October 11 ). Then this morning, [they announced](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1822366/000119312522258350/d149532d8k.htm) 223,124 shares in a non redeeming agreement, and that "**Based on the redemption results ahead of the special meeting** on October 6, 2022 and assuming the Extension is adopted, the Company expects over $15 million to remain in the trust account following the effectiveness of the Extension." Wonder if the original non-redeeming shareholders decided to extend that agreement? That would conveniently add up to around 1.5 million shares. In the meantime, still waiting for AMAO redemption figures to get released. That *could be* less than 500,000 shares in the float after their September 22 extension vote, redemption figures never released.
So ALTU expects 1.5 M remaining hmmm can go either ways

So ALTU redemptions only need to be about 66.5% to beat out BREZ as lowest float NAV protected with options? 1,690,196 (BREZ) ÷ 5,055,051 (ALTU current) That seems like almost a sure thing, and will probably end up well below. It's 90% redemption and ~500k float out of the realm of possibility?

DUNE and ALTU had nav protection, but that also means that not many people will short $11 for a 5% gain and infinite loss potential. This one here seems to have high SI, but OI is going to be low and has to build up for that gamma ramp.
ALTU, Dune etc has no short interest. Pretty sure folks piled in to short FAZE after rug pull on day of IPO. Plus it has options, while gAmMa sQuEeZes are more myth than reality people will jump in because of that causing more shorts to get squeezed out. Plus FAZE is a know brand unlike random low float biotechs.
It seems like sometimes these a bit over a million are low floats and sometimes they aren’t, lol. Wasn’t Dune or ALTU as small and people were disappointed that they weren’t low float enough? I’ll take it but I don’t get some of these.

Dear god, I’ve got a trash bin worthy set up. Perfect timing on this. Must be fate. $ALTU. Pre-DA SPAC with $10 nav floor in place until October. The float is believed to be pretty small - anywhere from sub-600k to 2.5 million. The stock price moving ~20 cents up and down off of small buys seems to support very high redemptions. In review of volume on ALTU chain and just in general, it doesn’t look like it’s been pumped or front run by any discord or Twitter groups which is good. So the OI on the July chain and the steady growth has been organic. Very much a r/SPACs play. So at least if there is a move then we’re “early”. That wasn’t the case with a lot of these other low float SPACs that ran.
