It is very good to hear/read the positives and negatives on each company. Someone wrote alot of FUD on GME near profitability with no facts. We shouldnt be here just for positive reinforcement of bad decisions! For myself, I want facts! If it is a short squeeze, fine but dont say GME profits!

If you're looking at this along the same timelines as Qucy, it was about 36 days between Lazar taking control and announcing the pivot into drone manufacturing. If ATER follows the same playback, and so far it is, we should expect acquisition/merger news the 2nd or 3rd week of August.

Ah, found it. Very similar to Qucy. 1.75M preffered share purchase in April. 1.75M preffered shares purchased this month. Effectively has 95% controlling interest. Appointed CEO on July 17, same date as the ATER assets sellof completed leaving a blank shell company. Yep. This exactly mirrors what happened with QUCY. Next step is an acquisition or reverse merger but who knows how long that will take. He moved quickly with QUCY but that doesn't mean ATER will too. I'll throw $100 at it for now and let it sit.
Look up what happened with QUCY. Same guy took over ATER. I feel like it reached the bottom - expecting some crazy pivot in a week or so. It is not a long term hold by any means, but there will be a pump soon

Yeah lfvn had no catalyst that’s always an issue. Retail will always grab at small gains but institutions and people who buy with other peoples money can wait. Buying a stock cause it’s got high short interest alone is a terrible idea there’s a reason it’s shorted in the first place. At that point it’s just a battle to see who has more money and weak minded retail always loses. There’s been some great squeezes here before- SPRT, ATER (round one), AVCT, Shit used to go parabolic and we’d all watch it go thousands of percent like a game of crash in an online casino

FYI, this sub had a scandal before when $ATER got pumped/dumped and all the mods quit or were booted because some shady stuff with posts promoting the stock. Sub was modless for a bit, all this was before the Reddit IPO.

Correction*** I first posted on ATER 7 days ago, from then, many that bought here at that time, hit 15% when it reached 1.79, and most probably sold at that point. I am still holding and adding more at these levels. But sounds like you sold, best of luck to you.

I was not expecting another pro ATER post here. I dont even feel early, I had to double down today.
Either way $ATER is a great buy at this price anyway, extremely undervalued, the potential for return in 6 months is massively higher than the blue chip stocks being suggested.
How? $ATER is trading at $1.60 and has a 5mil share float, that means he could own and move around 2.5% of the float on his own. His $200k would currently buy 125,000 shares, so 125,000 volume. Between 5th June - 11th June $ATER had less volume than that all day, every day.
Just put it all in $ATER, with that much you could singlehandedly move the stock up crazy amounts by yourself, just keep slapping the ask.
I’m not “full of it,” I’m just laying out the numbers. ATER’s market cap is around $10–12M. They paid $24M for Squatty Potty alone. Even if you believe sales have dropped 50%, that brand still holds meaningful value relative to the stock’s current price and it’s not their only asset. They cut over 90% of debt, raised margins to 54.6%, and are still selling across multiple big stores. That’s not liquidation talk lol. A simple ChatGPT ask lets you know ATER crashes so hard and that they are poised to not come back at all. Do not invest into ATER at all.
You’re looking at past peak sales like it’s the only thing that matters. That’s not the argument. Nobody’s saying this is a growth rocket or that it’s going back to $200M in sales. The point is that today’s market cap is under $12 million and just one of its brands, Squatty Potty, was doing $16M+ in revenue when acquired. Even if that’s declined, that’s still a meaningful contribution relative to what the entire company is valued at right now And it’s not a one product story. They’ve got multiple brands PurSteam, Mueller, etc. that still generate revenue across Amazon, Walmart, and now Temu. They’re not trying to hit old peaks man, many companies have record years that are super hard to beat, other just hold steady and shift to profitability focus. ATER cut SG&A 20%, wiped out 90% of their debt, and are improving margins (54.6% gross margin last quarter). No one’s ignoring the weakness in top-line growth. But when the market cap is below the sum of parts and the cost structure is cleaner THAT IS undervaluation. It doesn’t need to be a hero stock. It just needs to be priced more reasonably relative to what it owns and what it’s actively selling.
That’s fair, but there’s some key context missing. Squatty Potty is still generating millions in annual revenue and remains in major retailers like Walmart and Amazon. Even if you cut the revenue in half from its peak, it still contributes meaningful cash flow relative to ATER’s current market cap More importantly, this is just one of several brands they own. The real story isn’t about betting everything on a single product it’s about the portfolio. With debt mostly eliminated, overhead reduced, and sales channels like Temu now active, the company is positioned to leverage multiple brands without needing any one of them to carry the entire load. They didn’t buy Squatty Potty as a growth rocket. They bought it for margin and shelf presence and at today’s valuation, that still adds up. 🙏

I also bought AMC, SPRT, ATER and BBIG before they squoze back in the day. Now I just stick to NDX options but I think my timing on major moves is pretty solid along with my position sizing. That was my first 0 DTE of the year. I’m not buying them everyday crossing fingers.
Great advice and really what I’m trying to focus on. Seeing previous moves and missing out, or losing a few hundred and being an ATER bag holder a few years ago, and trying to do GME squeezes all taught me valuable lessons about being measured and disciplined.
Others have mentioned it and I'd say the same, $ATER seems the better/safer bet in comparison. We don't have to *imagine* what would happen with just a little volume, we literally saw it with ATER 2 days ago, went over +30% from just 600k volume. Huge retail ownership there, very little tute ownership so they can't fuck up any run if it were to happen, float is tiny, the damn market cap is lower than the revenue they bring in per QTR so it's massively undervalued, management stated multiple times that no dilution will be happening, their books are very healthy, so the path is clear for a mega run, it's honestly THE one where if retail got their heads together and stopped flip flopping around other tickers they could drive it up to the stratosphere, even if it was just 1/25th of the GME community behind it, it could be done.

I'm the guy that called ATER. It was cool to see. There was a page dedicated to it. People were making money, and then on the dips, people thought that they were predicting the bottom, only for them to be more and more pessimistic once it went lower than they thought. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it. I'm doing more research in depth to find another big one after ATER and PLCE. Although PLCE still has some juice left in it, it is still pretty high.
Made big money with $ATER in 2021 then the second time it was primed for a squeeze with all the hype in 2022 ended a bag holder. The bags are fucking heavy.
