What shocks me is how there no volume day in and day out. I follow other spac warrants and they have some volume everyday, yet PRPC has no activity.

Both of those have been extended already. PRPC new deadline is May and PNTM is July

PRPC down to 0.17 today, i added joined ROCL gang
CSTA and GPAC just got essentially taken over by another entity. all directors left and both spacs got the same two guys. it’s kinda whacky but i bet DA incoming given the cost of the extension monthly both got extensions and had a big bump yesterday in volume/price but under 10 cents. GPAC dipped a little today but CSTA green again. i also of course have PRPC with chu ate my lost and sold out of CPUH ANZU has an loi and should hopefully DA soon and is at around 5 cents

In connection with the Company’s assessment of going concern considerations in accordance with FASB ASC Topic 205-40, “Presentation of Financial Statements - Going Concern,” management has determined that if the Company is unable to complete a Business Combination by February 5, 2023, then the Company will cease all operations except for the purpose of liquidating. The date for mandatory liquidation and subsequent dissolution related to the Combination Period described above raises substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern. No adjustments have been made to the carrying amounts of assets or liabilities should the Company be required to liquidate after February 5, 2023. Seem like a good fit based on the following; The company plans to target industries with: * Compelling long-term growth * Attractive competitive dynamics * Consolidation opportunities * Low risk of technological obsolescence * **Focusing on businesses with high barriers to entry** * **Significant streams of recurring revenue** I like the focus on companies with high barriers of entry as they were already turned down and revenue stream will only keep growing. They probably have enough capital to buy out competitors in the future.

\#1 DCRD \#2 PRPC By far those 2 above are my very top two picks for the virtually sure thing "safety" you're requesting. A cut below those I'd put Churchill, like CCV and CVII, and maybe I'd lump things like HERA and JWSM into the mix in terms of SPACs that will probably succeed in grabbing a DA.

Yeah, I'm really only interested in "sure things" right now, and there are very few for me on that list, but PRPC is one of them.

I've fled to high cash & risk-free things like sub-NAV & am only adding to very safe plays (sub-NAV SPACs like PRPC) and high conviction plays (SNAX, etc..).
Chu basically created an innovative structure to potentially offset "PIPE hell", which should seriously help (IMHO) PRPC get a DA. Did very little today, added 2,500 shares to my PRPC position for the first time in months on the recent CC Neuberger news & added a few hundred shares to my SNAX position. That's it.

That's how I view it. Doing the same as DRCD as with IPOD, IPOF, LEAP, and PRPC. Literally zero risk, but potential for big upside depending on target.
IPOD IPOF LEAP PRPC PNTM ​ I think all the above are good SPAC and/or sponsors trading sub NAV. I think LEAP is the most likely to pull something amazing out of a hat, but I list IPOD and IPOF ahead of them simply because........ sigh...... Chamath meme pump potential.

I'd stick to the ones that are almost guaranteed to get targets like PRPC, DRCD, stuff like that from the sponsors that never fail to DA.

$PRPC (expenses = $302k, $PRPB had $422k) and $EQD (expenses = $1m last quarter) both filed amended 10Q which may be a sign of an impending DA.. no position in either currently

I had a huge 25k share PRPB position, and just 2 weeks ago I swapped 1/2 of it for PRPC on the logic PRPC might DA first, and partially because it yielded some tax loss savings. TLDR: You're welcome PRPB holders.

I had a massive PRPB position, and this week I sold 1/2 my PRPB for PRPC partially on this logic as well as the fact my PRPB was underwater so it gave me some tax loss savings.
No love for PRPC? Smaller trust size than PRPB which I think makes it a tad more likely to propose to a target before PRPB

No. Just CRHC. But I check Chu prices as I own both PRPB/PRPC, and I check Chamath prices as the low-information warrant buyers load up on him & that info's important to know too re: levels.
