well i got BFAC, BMAC, CONX and CSTA left for pre DA. my saga is burning money on warrants is almost over. not adding any tickers ever again but doubled down on CSTA to bring my average way low after seeing GPAC get their DA. still holding onto some GPAC warrants after selling majority but ummm given who they’re merging with does it even make sense? it’s a pre revenue company but lithium is fairly hot/if they actually do merge the warrants might get a bump up?
think i’m gonna bail on my GPAC warrants and eat the 60% loss. it’s better than 100%. maybe i’ll save a few just in case anyone know why CONX is back in the 0.30s? i couldn’t find any news i’ll say it again, CSTA was bought by the same group that bought GPAC i believe

"Holders of 2,262,993 shares of the Company’s Class A common stock have elected to have their shares redeemed in connection with the Extension, resulting in approximately $23.5 million (approximately $10.39 per share) that would be removed from the Company’s Trust Account to pay such redeeming holders." Today CONX [released an 8-K](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1823000/000110465923113286/tm2329481d1_8k.htm), which says that: 1). Charles W. Ergen, the Company’s founder, has agreed to purchase $200 million worth of preferred shares at $11.50 per share, subject to the company closing a business combination. 2). On October 30, 2023, NASDAQ sent CONX a notice that they would delist the securities of CONX on November 8, due to CONX not completing a business combination within 36 moths of the IPO. CONX "intends to request a hearing before an independent hearings panel, which request would result in a stay of any suspension or delisting action pending the hearing.". Don't know if the $200 million subscription agreement means the DISH network deal might be happening or not. CONXW up about 100% to 17 cents on the news.

Nothing new about it actually. Last SEC filling from CONX extension vote said about LOI with mobile network of DISH Net. but quiet since then. DISH Network lately (last two-three weeks) had some "problems" IIRC.

DISH - announced deal to sell wireless business to CONX. DISH has $50 B wireless spectrum not monetized. Chairman Ergen has said on Q calls that he will do deals with AMZN, DELL or CSCO. IMHO none will invest directly in DISH due to $23B debt. Ergen is Chairman of both DISH & CONX. Ergen will move wireless assets from DISH to CONX to get AMZN/DELL/CSCO to invest. Only 19 m CONX warrants issued trading under CONXW to buy CONX shares $11.5 before Nov 24. Huge upside if you buy CONXW for $.20

Of course, but judging by other recent, late extension requests like HZON and CONX etc... they'd probably jump to something like 9¢ to 12¢ or so.

Any CONX holders left in here? I have a feeling Charles will use the fund to invest in some Open RAN related company or spectrum hoarding company like RSAccess. Dish / Boost only has 10 months left to fulfill their obligation to finish building a 5G network that covers 70% of US population… otherwise they pay a $2.2 billion fine. Time is ticking
