ENJY is potentially weeks or even days away from announcing bankruptcy. CFO resigned on June the 1st (he had literally only been in the job a few months after the previous CFO resigned). In their Q1 earnings they disclosed that they expected to run out of cash by early June if they couldn't get additional financing - they had $36M cash on hand on May 12 which included proceeds from a $10M loan from the CEO (to keep the company afloat while it evaluated strategic alternatives) and a $6.1M customer prepayment. There has been no additional news since then.

As previously disclosed in its Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2021, the Company has experienced recurring losses from operations and negative cash flows which require that it engage in additional capital raising activities. As previously discussed on its earnings call for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021, the Company has been exploring a variety of capital raising options including partner funding, debt financing and equity solutions.

If you read my post, I clearly mentioned its for short term for 30-50% profits. If you look at ML and ENJY, the warrants were $1.4-1.5 closer to merger. Even if you sell at $1.3, the profit is 30%...simple!
ENNV units had 1/4 warrants not 1/2. Cherry picking deSPAC warrants prices is not that useful. KPLT warrants are almost at $1 with commons at $4.25 but ML commons are at $6 with warrants at $0.82. Or look at ENJY, commons around $10, warrants at 1.2
