I am almost back to my average cost basis with my warrants. I sold too early on ENPC. I am gonna hold this one longer to see if it actually makes a push to a one dollar.
DCRD warrants just might moon. ENPC warrants hit over $1. Similar industry and valuations. Not sure how remote the oil wells are though.

Same… DAs like MTAL, ENPC, and LGTO are giving me some hope though. Even though market hasn’t cared about LGTO I think it’s sleeping on it. People are too scared of a post DA RBAC like situation is going to keep warrants under pressure
I sold my ENPC warrant way too early smh. Thought about holding but my last year has been to brutal. Would have been a 100% gainer instead of a 15% gainer lol
I'm sure some won't recover and I assume a few I hold might even liquidate (I don't play crap teams though). But I do think the prices are to the point where they get a deal and they will likely be much higher than here, maybe exponentially, and especially so if it is a good deal. I don't mind averaging down if down 50% if I am a believer in the team. I can't speak for those who have ridden warrants down from the $2+s to the .10s, those will require some luck and stellar deals. I do think retail investors are in wait-and-see mode. If we start getting essentially 400% pops on DA announcement like we did with ENPC then people may start to take notice that things are too cheap. Plus with 5 year optionality on completed deals and the fact that Black-Scholes Value is substantially higher to where if there is an eventual buyout the warrants will be exchanged for an exponentially higher value...nobody denies the speculativeness, but I can't stop buying because the potential upside is stupendous no matter what the price action is doing today.

Yeah that was what I was struggling with (remember when ENPC was going to that fun social media company - now it's a boring one). It seemed they have put value in their deck at WTI being $90 - sustainable or just at the peak? I really don't know. On the plus side - the structure seems a *lot* better to shareholders / retail investors than other SPACs... but then so was ATIP.... Most likely, I won't hold this at moment, wait till merger, re-evaluate and then decide though.

ENPC holders what’s the play here? Feel like this can be a great field to be in but oil and gas is so cyclical and by the time the merger comes around who knows what will be happening with prices

I'm actually taking an entry in ENPC tomorrow. They're close to deadline but it's not like 1 month away. So if there's any negative sell off from BTAQ news, I'm ready to pounce on it. I've flipped it numerous times from $0.40s to $0.50s.

Yup - honestly was caught off guard here. Thought I knew my expirations roughly off top of my head, but did not. Need to spend some time this weekend and review all of mine and most likely continue consolidating. Unfortunately ones nearing deadline in the past had some decent pops since they were so beat down, but guessing like most other things that trend has changed. Some mentioned on here are upcoming. ETAC in July, GOAC in August (can't believe didn't sell 2 weeks ago on that spike), ERES in July, ENPC in September, AVAN in October, IGAC in September. And BWAC is on the 17th... either gets that DA done or is toast... They did file the 10Q/A on the 24th and spent $1.3m in November to extend. So another $1.3 is needed by the 17th. I think if they were giving up they wouldn't have filed on the 24th.

Where are you seeing ENPC at .28? It's been hovering around .60
There have always been 1:1 warrants under .40. All of 2020 and 2021. There were times where you couldn't get them under .40 unless they had a shitty target, but every few months things dipped into the .30s and sometimes hit lows in the 20s. Right now ENPC is 1:1 and .28 I think 2022 will look more like today than the heady highs of last year.

Like REVH a lot! PLMI is another 1/5 I like in the same price range. 1/4s I like PCPC (common is 25, not 10), ENPC (both have investor friendlier structures) and I like FACT as well. 1/3s I like ETAC and PIAI, tons of choices at ~.5
why did you bail on ANZU out of curiosity? I feel like the signs they are close to a DA are way more prevalent that ENPC. Which i mean…do you really expect Paul Ryan Spac to do well?

Meh, ENPC is not going to be a Trump sympathy play in all likelihood. Paul Ryan basically retired rather than deal with Trump's B.S. and is on the outs with the populist Trump GOP in general, and more likely to pull something pretty conservative (in the business sense) rather than a Rumble/Newsmax style media play. For instance, the CEO of Newsmax tried to push Trump to abandon Ryan's more traditionally Republican healthcare and go towards single payer (which makes ex-Democrat and Clinton donor Donald Trump's complaints about RINOs all the funnier. The Trumpists are the RINOs.)
the dwac sympathy plays are actual conservative social media companies. CFVi, SEAC. and whoever ends up snagging Gettr and Newsmax. ENPC and LMAC are probably two good guesses.
I've been following Paul Ryan's Instagram very closely since I bought ENPC warrants. Newsmax is now following Paul Ryan. This is recent as the the only shared connections we had up until this last time I checked were Gary Cohn and Rupert Murdoch. Paul is on the board of Fox, which is his only real job right now besides this spac, so he's definitely interested in this sector. Obviously LMAC was the soac everyone was connecting to Newsmax, but I think there is a possibility here. and I'd love Gettr too, just got the memes. but Newsmax is a much more legitimate company.

I bought ENPC warrants last week because they were dirt cheap and I think they have a shot at getting a social media company or news company. they were in talks with Triller early in 2021 and talks fell apart. What I'm wondering is, what social media companies or news companies might they have a shot at? Gettr, Parler, and Newsmax are likely all too conservative for a Paul Ryan led spac, as they all seem to have intense Trump loyalty, and Paul Ryan and Trump certainly didn't get along. but for 65 cents it feels like a good gamble. I'd buy lmac warrants but those are stupid expensive at like 1.70 or something. this is the link talking about how triller was in talks with a few spacs at one point, and the only one they mention by name is enpc https://www.billboard.com/pro/trillernet-new-plans-public-listing-when/ enpc is also one of the oldest spacs left, which is possibly a good time to get in but also kind of scary in case liquidation happens.

going into the new year all pre-da warrants KCGI- highest conviction because of sponsor success. QS and WBX we're undeniable winners. PNTM- huge spend, great team. I posted Lambo speculation but plenty of cool targets fir this team ANZU- lower conviction but high spend and cheap enough warrants ENPC - newest position is the biggest wildcard. I like that they were after Triller even though talks fell through over the summer. Hope Paul Ryan uses his connections to nab a social media company with a meme factor.

PCPC is still priced at the equivalent of .7 If it was a 10$ SPAC, I’m dipping back in to that one and ENPC in the low .7s. Both old ass dogs with CAPS structures that align sponsors better investors than the average SPAC.

I've got no sympathy for people who lose money gambling on non-existent social media sites founded by failed business, or even worse, adjacent SPACs run by the sponsors with a repeated track record of taking fake companies public. As much as I appreciate y'all pumping my NVSA and ENPC warrants because...uh...Gen. McMaster was in Trump's cabinet and ENPC is run by...uh...Paul Ryan, who Trump doesn't even like but is a Republican...I'm not sure what the end game was here. I mean, at least those were quality teams. On the other hand, ZGYHW went to 2.6 today. A crappy Chinese SPAC that previously DA'd with a non-existent Chinese EV company that changed it's name on every filing at $7B valuation before cancelling the deal - just because Patrick Orlando is on the team. I don't know if it's better or worse, but when everyone was trying to buy MAQC (another Patrick Orlando adventure), countless people ended up buying MACQ instead. There was over 3M in volume on MACQW and they pumped from .95 to 1.60. Fortunately for these idiots, MACQ DA'd with a very solid, profitable company (Adtheorent), unlike MAQC which is probably another garbage target from a garbage sponsor - so if you screwed up the ticker, lucky you. But why were people YOLOing MAQC in the first place? Jesus, people. With these pump and dumps as well as the low float "memes" it's people playing chicken, hoping they're not the last buyer overpaying before the house of cards collapses. No sympathy.
ENPC is the only one of these pumps that is a decent SPAC. Not that anyone cares lol

I absolutely agree. SPACs with DAs and 100% investor aligned vesting: CBAH, GSAH, and HZAC (the last being more like 80-90% performance based + backstopping all redemptions) SPACs without DAs but with investor aligned vesting (75% to 100% performance based): HCAC, REVH, CPAR, NDAC, ENPC, and PCPC.
