Seems more and more likely Golden Falcon Acquisition Corp. ( GFX GFX.WS ) and MNG Airlines will be announcing the termination of their business combination agreement, and GFX announcing their liquidation, in the next three weeks. GFX shareholders approved an extension in June, up to August 24, 2023. That is twenty days from now. GFX has not filed a preliminary proxy to hold another extension meeting, and MNG has not updated the S-4 filings since June 2. GFX shareholders redeemed 75% of the public shares at the June meeting, leaving only 1,077,589 public shares. With only 1.08 million shares, available cash is around $11 million. Looks like MNG may not be willing to waive that Available Cash condition. Seemed like a pretty good opportunity, as far as SPAC targets go, too bad it apparently won't work out. Sold off the GFX.WS warrants at a small loss this week, rather than risk a 95%+ loss in two weeks. Perhaps GFX will be able to get another extension meeting scheduled at such short notice ( slightly over two weeks, if they file Monday ), but it seems unlikely.

But GFX filed a [preliminary proxy](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1823896/000119312523155482/d470087dpre14a.htm) last week to vote for an extension from June 22, 2023 to July 24, 2023. That likely means they hope to vote for the business combination before June 22, but if not, then before July 24.

Stand alone is still pretty sweet, plus it's cheap. I'm not positive anyways. Check the settings. I do know that when you're using it through PCVR there are options to bump it up to 90hz. Idk if the onboard GFX card can handle it.

Didn't NVDA get sued specifically for not disclosing the amount of business that came from using GFX cards as mining rigs? In fact in the SEC complaint it spells out they specifically marketed to miners. And yes, we do exist, I am one of them.

I am in GFX warrants as well, with a much higher average. :-( POWRW, this is an all female SPAC that caught my attention after being on CNBC a year or so ago. No news since then. Very low volume on warrants. ARGUW, I liked the team on this one. Former CEO of CBS and Viacom. Still a fairly new SPAC too, so I've been slowly buying warrants each week. Warrants not quite as cheap as you're looking for, but give it a week! They'll get there. :-(

What? I was once a part of RBLX game development in my teenage years, and I don't recall it being like that all. Disclaimer, I was doing it in a clan capacity (but the clan became one of the largest and most profitable clans on the platform) Unless you're talking about free modeling, we had to build everything from scratch. If you had some technical know-how, you could import things from blender, but then also the coding aspect. You needed builders, scripters, and GFX artists. There was a lot of planning involved. Things must have changed a lot since I quit back in 2017.
There was some large volume days for GFX and TACA warrants in Nov and Dec. If these don't DA soon then wonder if they were attempting to make retail think a DA was coming given those warrants have sold off another 50% in a month.

Almost none of the US based Europe focused spacs (Avan, GFX etc) closed a deal this year. Even though the sponsors all went on tv saying it would be easy to close deals in europe. Do you think the europe listed ones will be able to land deals when NYSE listed spacs can't?

Somebody used to manipulate a warrant I held and I was told they can send orders to different exchanges. I have no first hand knowledge if this is true but someone was able to by above the ask on GFX for a long time right at close. Then the next day we were all deep in the red the entire day.
$GFX warrants up 17% today on 43k volume I have a position in it. Seeking a European target, expenses last quarter were low at $300k. No news that I can see so considering selling at 0.80 (my average is 0.65)

HERA, CPUH, GFX are similar in some ways. They've been around for a little while, solid sponsors from what I understand and tend to be under NAV. Worth looking at units for all these as well when they are around $10 so you can split them and collect "risk free" warrants.

TINVW hit ATLs on Thursday, basically no volume on Friday, I’m hoping to get small fills ~ .56-.57 next week. SPAC IPO’d late Nov last year, 280m trust, Asia focused, 1/2 in the U. Would be hoping for a DA bump to ~ .8, or just flipping out at ~ .65. GFX is another old 1/2 warrant inn watching. Euro focused, 350M trust, IPOd in Dec last year. ATLs on 10/4, hoping to add right at .6 and below. Would be hoping for a DA bump to 1+ or just flipping out .7+. What cheap 1/2s are y’all into?
