I would like a investor presentation deck. But overall valuation Y/Y growth seems promising with that valuation. It seems like it is basically a 50/50 split with IGAC and Playup shareholders unless I am missing something quickly reading through it.

They had 18months and I think it was March 2023. Issue was they didn’t have a built in extension and language I thought that said they wouldn’t extend. As for LFTR and IGAC I have no idea. I really liked both and thought they had it to. I think IGAC specifically fell thru and LFTR with what crypto is going through is tough since they need money and SPACs aren’t providing actual cash right now. Right now I’m leaning towards many big names/good sponsors will liquidate as opposed to bring a crappy deal. But teams like KCGI, DCRD, Gores, SCRM have done several deals so think they still may be alright but the one off ones with what we called good teams may just not do it.

IGAC released their 10-Q today. Three month loss from operations were 365k, about the same amount for this period one year ago. Bradley is killing me, I think they may have had Bet365 or something similar when he was so confident a few months ago, and it all fell through or went on hold due to the market conditions.

Something about Tusk being able to handle the risqué nature of OF and help them transform their image. I don't recall exactly at this point. I bought 1000 shares when the OF speculation started and sold half for some UTAA when it was still at 9.86 to spread my bets a bit haha. I had zero pre DA spacs for about a year and now I'm in IPOD/IPOF/IGAC/VYGG/UTAA for the pumps. Spacs may not be all the way back but they are at least a little bit back maybe?
What was the point of IGAC with Only Fans; hopefully it's less flimsy than VYGG?
Based on movement this week it seems like VYGG and UTAA have more believers than IGAC so it will probably be none of those three that land OF especially because I own some of all three.

Yes I owned VYGG warrants and IGAC warrants before the OFs SPAC talk. I am just holding on cash so I can just get in afterwards unless it ends up being one of the pre-DA SPACs I currently hold. Please be something I currently hold lol.

Bradley Tusk is the man you want on your board if you are trying to ensure that your business of questionable ethics is always connected to the Visa card payment system. This is the man who saved Uber in New York, and thus America. He knows every power broker on K street. If Gan isn’t at least talking to IGAC then she’s in over her head. She probably is in over her head considering how she’s a 35 year old internal hire from Mumbai with absolutely no executive experience and probably has never even heard of K Street. IGAC is my pick for OF
I think people here have mentioned and think is smart. They have funds on the side to hop in instead of guessing. I hope it is something that I already hold but odds are with over 500 SPACs looking for a target it is basically impossible to guess. But to answer your question with absolutes IGAC (I own that).

IGAC - 10k for FY 2021 out yesterday. Tidbit on page 22 about promissory note. On Nov 11 they issued $500k note with a conversion to 1:2 warrant at $1 per ($2 per whole warrant). As of Dec 31st $200k was left. So spent $300k in that 1.5months. Increased by $500k to $1m on March 21st so maybe spent the rest of the $200k and need more to finish deal? Or spent all the $500k on a deal that fell through. Not sure which. Also interesting is the last line states when it increased to $1m and eliminate the conversion rights. So have a loan of $1m to be repaid on business combination or October 5th. But any idea why they chose to eliminate the conversion rights? Reduce dilution? That’s 1m 1:2 warrants or 500,000 shares. Any thoughts?
I like your thinking but ~6 months of crossing Ts? On a different SPAC IGAC I am curious if deal fell through. Added another $500k in loan and someone on Twitter pointed out if a deal happened that 500k would be rolled into transaction costs and not need to be added to SPAC.

ANZU still has until 3-1-2023 and has the FPA/backstop they raised late last year. At $.22 with a year left thats really not too bad. Other things I added today are GHIXw at $.55 as Gores will get deals and that has until January 2024. UTAA at $0.29 - the UTA spac has plenty of connections and is out until September 2023, more DCRD have until February 2023. MTAL has until July of 2023 looking in the metals space and experienced team in that area. Really need to raise my funds but the spacs with closer deadlines I have a hard time selling them for $.1-$.15, so really just need a DA... IGAC, looking at you. Sure they are risky, but there is decent time on most of those.

I exited my FPAC Warrants here. Extension to May was a nice pop but May is also a long ways off. Thinking I'll be able to buy back in closer to $1 in April. Also I need someone to track down Tusk and figure out what the fuck is going on with IGAC damn it.

Pre DA SPAC commons can be good for covered calls or spreads if you sell 3-5 months out. Boring but pretty good returns for the risk. Only real risk is a merger getting all the way from announcement to completion before the option expires, so you can shorten the timeline to manage risk. I currently have a fair amount spread across IPOF, BTWN, IGAC, PIPP and IPOD
