Lol stop trolling until you do your homework, both JPEX and ILST have no dilution clauses, and ILUS’ OS has decreased by close to 80mil from Q2 to Q3, and further reductions are incoming.

hahaha. Well remember, you might have to wait. OP mentioned merger happening but nothing at all has been confirmed yet. If JPEX/ILST/OCLG and some of his others start announcing big things and poppin off though, the domino effect will definitely help FCGD right away as more and more people believe in Frank.
I have lots of DD in my history. And made alot of money on this stock. Sad thing is Roger Pawson, the CEO, has diluted the hell out of this stock. OS increased from 800mill to 2.9 billion in around 1 year. It also appears that all the big deals and mergers are never completed. Same with the legal audit that was promised. At this point it's scalpable between the .0045 and .01 range but I would wait for any long term hopes until Pawson is out. Good luck. Few of my new likes. Well I don't think CYBL or AUNXF can go any lower, and I believe in both companies. Others to consider are MJWL, JPEX, and AABB (but I'd wait for the exchange to go live, then buy in)
TIPS has been going up recently. Low floater but from what I can gather a scam basically. Check out JPEX and PUGE. They are two of the more "legit" pennies right now. If I had 15k to yolo right now I wouldn't be afraid dumping it all into one of those two or both. I'm partial to PUGE

I can’t believe this is posted in penny stocks and nobody has posted $JPEX…. Just completed their merger with Veemost, no dilution, pink current. Around .03 a share right now, I’m hoping for an ILUS type run.

Hey Penny folks, I have seen recent Fintwit promotion of several tickers such as SQPS, JPEX, PRRY, TGGI, and others on the OTC. These seem to be companies formed for the purpose of mergers & acquisition. Multiple of these appear tied to Mina Mar Group, for example. Looking at the charts of some of these, it appears getting in early could offer enormous payoff. How can I go about finding lists of similar companies at earlier stages?

Is this JPEX merger worth anything? I see there’s around 1.5 billion shares.
This one will be on the back burner for a while. Share cancelations take time so in my opinion and what I am doing, is going heavy into JPEX, and ILST since those are confirmed the first two merging then putting profits into other tickers such as this one. Good luck, playing these right will lead to life changing end of year.
