yeah it’s a massive crap shoot, i’ve gotten lucky lately after LFTR and IGAC decided to be massive disappointments but i m due for a fuck up

A combination of fomo and apathy, mainly apathy and not giving a shit cause they’re all probably going to liquidate I did swap most my LFTR out for PNTM. Didn’t see FVT giving up considering Fortress was a serial sponsor. CRU gave up early too
For LFTR, the $ will be automatically deposited into your account. Note it can take up to 10 business days after the liquidation on 10/23. Redemption value is $10.06 (maybe an extra cent) so depends if you want to wait 2-3 weeks for an extra 2-3 cents vs. selling at $10.04 now. ETAC already redeemed shares and cancelled warrants. Are they still in your account?

Over 100k in LFTR warrants traded so far, which is a bit odd. Any news or rumor I'm missing, or is it just as simple as folks thinking if they bothered to install a new CEO this late in the game they're highly likely to extend?
So LFTR made CFO the CEO and CEO took roll at a company. Expiration in October and no extensions filings… not sure if they changing positions means they are at least thinking of SPAC. But also could be he had to take the new job.

LFTR 10-q released, only $300k in expenses this quarter. Seems pretty low and only 2 months til expiration. Might be time to bail…

They had 18months and I think it was March 2023. Issue was they didn’t have a built in extension and language I thought that said they wouldn’t extend. As for LFTR and IGAC I have no idea. I really liked both and thought they had it to. I think IGAC specifically fell thru and LFTR with what crypto is going through is tough since they need money and SPACs aren’t providing actual cash right now. Right now I’m leaning towards many big names/good sponsors will liquidate as opposed to bring a crappy deal. But teams like KCGI, DCRD, Gores, SCRM have done several deals so think they still may be alright but the one off ones with what we called good teams may just not do it.
DCRD has what deadline again? i got some many different tickers it makes me want to throw up eating the loss on some but at the same time the better names will probably actually get a DA. You thinking LFTR will pull through? their team looked so darn good and i had so much confidence

When I first started investing, I only bought 1 stock. I didn't have a portfolio. My first stock investment was $1500 back in the late 90's. I'm in the millions now, in part to investing. I still only own a couple stocks. My major pick in March was BWXT. It's at $55 right now, at the time it was about $45. It's going to explode once some news starts to make it's way to the general public, which IS going to happen after the rolling blackouts and people get pissed off their power was shutoff to protect the grid. We saw a little bit of rolling black outs recently. And if you're paying attention, China started bringing nuclear reactors online last year. Bill Gates is also building the first nuclear reactor, the "new" types, in Wyoming. Nuclear is going to make a come back, and it's not the dangerous melt-down, pressure cooker style reactors we've been using since the 60's. We're talking LFTR or Molten reactors. It's near the ceiling and in a good position to break through now. All these smartphones, laptops, EV's, and smart homes with everything plugged into are going to need more power than wind or solar can generate. And those forms of energy require batteries to store it for night, no wind, no sun scenarios.. And, there is not enough materials for those batteries and the costs are off the charts. The tech to deal with nuclear waste and decrease its half-life is also evolving. BWXT is up 20% since I first started telling people I thought it was a good buy. I see no reason it's not going to get back up to $70. It only dropped off when people panicked about the shutdowns. And now that more people are working from home and more EV's are being bought, the demand is going to be larger than it was before the pandemic. Especially since reactors started coming online last year in China. The timing is right. All of the pieces are in place for this one to explode once the word gets out. Of course, I'm not a financial advisor. I'm just telling you what I am doing.

LFTR and the derivatives of it. The definitely is safe is not what people think. The flu vaccine is "safe", but 1 in 25,000 people still die from that shot. The reactors we use now are because GE won out in the 1940's and 1950's. LFTR was available. China is building LFTR / Molten Salt Reactors. They do not operate under high pressure and they cannot meltdown. I still don't understand why people think this is bragging. I am anonymous. Maybe you people who value your shadow life on the internet more than your real life might think this is bragging I suppose. Your life must suck when you don't have a device or the internet goes out. Maybe you even forget who you are. But I gain nothing there, I'm losing time. I'm just trying to help some people out who came here to try to learn or improve something. I work in software and on Stackoverflow, we are always trying to help each other. Nobody comes by and says "You're just bragging.". What is the point of a sub if not to post and share information? I figured the warrants were some capitulation but it was weird to see such high volume on the commons with a moderate price increase. Life has been crazy… buying my first house with my wife so I’m mostly cash but left my LFTR commons and warrant position since I like the team and, if I remember correctly, they have a better incentive structure. Hopefully LFTR recovers on an interesting deal!

I held all three. I bailed on ETAC and still hold AVAN and LFTR. LFTR has a phenomenal team, i feel like they should pull through. i’m pissed at the lack of activity as well though. also down big
AVAN & LFTR still have a good 6 months left, so I wouldn't really panic yet. ETAC has 4 months left as well, still time. But yes, you need to monitor warrant positions when they get towards the end, especially if they get to only a couple months left.
Whats frustrating is that there are ample amounts of blockchain/crypto/fintech companies out there for LFTR to target.
Warrants go to 0 if they dissolve - I have LFTR warrants with $1 avg price. Very disappointed in their lack of activity so far.

This. The market is so fickle I think all it would take is a few good deals from some high profile sponsors to bring SPACs back to some relevance. A few good deals from the likes of: CCV, CCIV, CVII, CONX, IPOD, IPOF, JWSM, LEAP, LFTR, PNTM, etc.... would do the trick.

I think we will see some panic next week maybe? Could be good entries if you still believe in the teams. LFTR i am showing can extend with a vote, but no money. So just trust would get redeemed some amount. PNTM looks like a vote as well, but the way its written makes it sound unlikley compared to others I have read.
PNTM is January 2023 and LFTR is October 20th this year

Makes sense. 95 pct is pretty aggressive. I am probably around 20 pct warrants at this point in time...only because I keep averaging down on the few tickers I have (EQD and LFTR are my two biggest at this point in time).

I hear ya. Right now LFTR warrants are trading right at the median warrant price, which means the market isnt treating it like it's anything better than any of hundreds of other SPAC teams and isnt assigning any value at all to the fact the supply is much lower than most warrants, or that it has some decent age to it. I may add even more if this continues.
I am a little boy in this game. I do not have that kinda money unfortunately. LFTR warrants is my biggest position currently and you have to divide that amount by 15 to get my total LFTR warrants.

I was fortunate enough to get a position at $.405 on Monday for LFTR, I’m going to jump back in if it goes sub $.45 again. Great team, high expenses, 1/3 split.

Yeah I agree. I don’t think it was a sign, just think margin calls or people giving up. LFTR (wish I got more at $.4 before it recover) & AVAN had similar. So some of fintwit favorites. I’m still of the belief it’s a great buying/consolidating/high grading opportunity.
I got a good buy of LFTR at $.4 which closed at $.53. Too bad my average is still $.65
