I’m so out of the game right now. Noticed my LGTO warrants at ATH. They’re voting when? I always liked the target but you think this’ll be high redemptions? I really need to let work stop getting in the way of losing money.
Rode $LGTO from $9.65 -> $10.23. Sold half and letting the rest ride for big jump or redemption numbers, whichever comes first.
Sold $PFDR for a solid 7% gain and jumped on $LGTO NAV dip for the same hopefully! :)

I’m leaning towards most are going to $0. Even the DAs ones aren’t great. I mean COVA at $.1, KCAC $.2, LGTO at $.3. I guess if you bought at $.05-$.1 then that’s good but considering my averages are up above $.5 it sucks. But money is so little now I’m just letting it play out. Am consolidating some tho, such as selling $.08s for DCRD at $.11. Still think they get a deal. Also pickup up SCRM at $.22 since they have u til January 2024
are people wising up to what a great deal LGTO warrants are right now?
LGTO warrants at current levels are going to look like an absolute steal post merge. That said, the volume of common purchases has me concerned about them achieving the minimum cash needed to merge.
Same… DAs like MTAL, ENPC, and LGTO are giving me some hope though. Even though market hasn’t cared about LGTO I think it’s sleeping on it. People are too scared of a post DA RBAC like situation is going to keep warrants under pressure
LGTO just DA last week so doubt it falls thru anytime soon. ACTD may be a bit different
LGTO and ACTD....do these mergers get terminated??? ACTDW have bad r/r right now. If that falls through it would be awful
Slowly coming back but doesn’t seem like as much as market. Probably because most warrants didn’t bounce much. COVA DAs I got only went to $.2 when my average is $.35. LGTO I did have a $.3 avg so that was nice I guess
LGTO looks like it might have enough revenue to be above $11.50 someday.
I’ve spent too much time on WSB to tell if we actually like LGTO or just meming it and I’m honestly afraid to ask
Based on the transaction overview chart, it looks like they have a guaranteed $50m from existing LGTO shareholders. No mention of minimum cash condition.
Woah... $LGTO is one of the best deals we have ever gotten.
I’m the last one to give any financial advice bc I suck so bad but grabbed me some LGTO warrants at 36 cents bc infrastructure just like their first one Algoma Steel is something non spac investors like and Algoma was the same. I bought cheap warrants day of DA and they’ve recently peaked at 3.75 or something like that. This may be a great entry. Again I’m not good at this but this particular play seems almost can’t lose.
Do we like southland LGTO? Reaction is odd. No one wants to pay 40c for warrants lol
