$OTRA ==> $CMRA today. Final float according to their last filing is 677K.
$OTRA ticker change to $CMRA. 677k float deSPAC
Someone aware what's going on with $Otra redemptions, is this play finally killed? Yesterday after hour and today premarket it rushed to space and back in minutes!
$OTRA (OTR Acquisition/Comera) The next tiny float deSPAC play
$OTRA (OTR Acquisition/Comera)- The next tiny float deSPAC
OTRA has such a low float that minimal volume can send this one to the moon.
Those waiting for another $ISPO, here is your opportunity: $OTRA 🚀
$OTRA redemption reversal deadline closed today, and the float is about 450k. Game start?
OTR Acquisition Corp Shareholders Approve Business Combination with Comera Life Sciences; 10,279,363 Shares ( 98.4% ) Redeemed - OTRA OTRAW 168k remaining

I lost a huge sum on OTRA CMRA. But the lesson is priceless. It's possible to wait for a low floater to bottom out. If you buy in at that time, you might just make 300% $10 to $13 to $1 to $5. Quite a journey in less than a month.
low float spacs don't seem to be running anymore OTRA flame out BTMD redemption numbers came out last week - not much of a run
WTF is a reverse redemption? I've only heard of it just recently with OTRA/CMRA. I can't find any info on it online, either. This thing has me puzzled. Any attempt of an explanation is much appreciated.
Probably, the plan is to scoop calls if it drops to 6 - 8, then wait for the mean reversion as people pile in for the redemption numbers given that this stock has not been above $10 at all. It's a short term play similar to the low-float ones like OTRA/CMRA and APSG.
So NRGV is at $13 with a higher float than CMRA / OTRA which is at $7? NRGV implied market cap is like 1.5b vs implied market cap around 150m for CMRA. Both barely have products to sell. Take a guess which one i shorted and which i longed. 🤡🤡
Honestly, what at this current moment has a lower float than CMRA / OTRA? When accounting for unlocked shares, effects, exercisable warrants, etc? Not trying to shill, just trying to understand if it's really the winner that I think it is. A lot of people on the fence about it. I think the increase in float from 200k to 700k due to redemption reversals really hurt it. No options also. But still... Is it the lowest float out there?
Someone in Vitards did exactly the same on many tickers .. it may work out if you get in and markets are bearish in general. Key is position sizing. I ended making money in OTRA primarily as my positions were tiny
OTRA / CMRA halted up at 9.33 This thing is bouncy as hell. The low float is real.
Oh, I was talking about $CMRA/$OTRA
OTRA no price change on Friday? What’s going on?
Unfortunately don't know about OTRA. It certainly seems to have a lot of eyes on it, however. I wonder if it's price that's required. Whats the SI on it? Is it higher than SKYH?
Any idea what it would take for OTRA to get options?
Haha i don't know. I just wanted to associate his name with OTRA breaking 10.25 during the redemption period.
deader than many OCA warrant play this week or my OTRA play or any of my plays
OTRA / CMRA setting up for another run...i hope.
Regarding ticker changes - OTRA will be CMRA So tonight OTRA will go through AH trading But will there be premarket tomorrow given the new ticker doesn't start trading until 9:30 am?
well i guess i should’ve held OTRA and not sold midday. oh well. past is the past, future is now joe dirt.
OTRA begins trading as CMRA tomorrow
OTRA just broke above $10 again
For those who are gambling on OTRA, is the merger today or tomorrow? I have not looked into it in detail, but would appreciate any quick responses. Seems like a super risky trade at this stage (fond memories or MoneyLion and such).
How does one play OTRA at this point? Just hope it does not drop anymore?
I think ppl forgot what actually made low float plays viable. The ideal scenario is a high SI prior to redemption, and the redemption caused the SI%, CTB, DTC, etc all to skyrocket. Toss in a good gamma ramp and it’s easy to see why it would moon. But OTRA don’t have any of this, AFAIK Smart pumpers know it and probably sold after a small pop.
Honestly surprised why people expected OTRA to play out differently, everyone and their moms were frontloading it (traders everywhere Twitter, Discord etc). Surprised that it popped that much to begin with.
lol damn OTRA this isn’t what i wanted
OTRA doesn't know what it wants to do. Volume is down, that's not good.
OTRA down premarket but only 338 volume…10.89. need volume for this to pop
Hit on $OTRA. Ended the day green
Thanks for the information. I was able to trade $OTRA very well today. Again thank you! I now have alerts on it for possible reenter of a position.
yup! if it somehow gets a DA and hits 20 cents we’re geniuses. if it dissolves, well umm i lose another 100 bucks lol. atleast OTRA is up today and i balanced it out
FYI - OTRA > CMRA regarding ticker change you can still trade when your broker hasn't change the ticker in your portfolio You just sell the new ticker CMRA and it becomes negative while you are holding shares of OTRA example holdings 500 OTRA shares sell (500) CMRA shares broker matches up end of day been doing this with SPACs since the golden age of SPACS (jan 2021 to mar 2021) just give your broker a call to confirm.
volume slowing up this afternoon on OTRA, where does this float rank as far as smallest? it’s well under a million so it’s gonna be up there. also someone with big pockets please just buy the whole float…plz. help me make up my spac losses all in one go
OTRA….. Someone posting on yahoo that “No shares to short. FIntel shows almost 460,000 shares shorted between Friday and yesterday. Borrow fee went from 1.53% to 108.2%” from Friday to today. That can’t be right
I was talking in general. OTRA is just potato.
GME es una, AMC es $OTRA
For those who are gambling on OTRA, I wish you all the best of luck. Market is pretty volatile today, so please be careful!
gonna hit 3 million volume on OTRA well before 12pm. pretty wild, this one might get legs. debating deleting my limit sells at 15
I'm pretty sure OTRA going up more. Volume is highest today and support at $11 seems solid AF.
Are there shorts in OTRA? I’m seeing only 23K shares on loan
OTRA has potential... not all want 5000@% gains. Even a hard worked 30%er feels good.. OTRA is below ALLG... shit co with ALLG float. I doubt it does 25 on decent volume. But it gave 4 opportunities for 20+ pc return each time.
1.64 million volume on OTRA, let’s pick up steam come on meow
So when did low float plays became purely “low float” and nothing else? I mean, IIRC, plays like IRNT had extremely high SI/CTB and then gamma ramp, etc. Looks like OTRA has no squeeze potential at all, so why do ppl expect this go super high?
yo OTRA is wild as hell. what sell limits you all setting?
OTRA should go now that the official float is confirmed and it’s only 678K
OTRA float is confirmed at 677,987 [Link](https://www.sec.gov/ix?doc=/Archives/edgar/data/1821318/000110465922062286/tm2215943d1_8k.htm)
Wow OTRA, isn‘t this the second heavy rug pull?
OTRA didn’t immediately file 8-K AH, so people getting impatient after 24hrs. Last filing was 9AM waiting till then.
OTRA Bag holders incoming. Former THCA bag holder
I am a bot from /r/wallstreetbets. You submitted one or more banned tickers: OTRA. Message /u/zjz if they're above 1.5 billion-ish market cap and not related to crypto/pennies/OTC.

Anybody playing wit. OTRA? Or BBIG?
GME es una, AMC es $OTRA
Congratulations! Buy $OTRA to cover. 500k float
$OTRA - float 500k. Should fly!
Really dumb question here, but don't they change tickers after the merger? I don't see a new symbol for Comera. Buy OTRA???
On OTRA I think the train for me is gone. Some usual names that are in past associated with good pumps have thrown their hat in. Overall I still made a tiny bit on the main pump.
Guys I witnessed $OTRA real-time moving pm to 31 and today ah to 13.6 . What I did notice is how much quick this thing is. On the way down too. Be careful !
sold half of my OTRA position on the jump to 11 - hopefully it will continue to run tomorrow premarket Last time it ran to 30 in premarket before ...then they allowed reverse redemption and it fell under 10 before market open it's a low floater regardless 400k min to over 1 mill per today's PR
If they don't file the information sooner, it should be included in the "Super 8-K", usually filed [within 4 days after](https://viewpoint.pwc.com/dt/us/en/pwc/in_depths/2021/domestic_spac_mergers/domesticspacmergers/super8k.html) the business combination closes. "[The Company anticipates](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001821318/000110465922059854/tm2215496d1_8ka.htm) that the closing of the Business Combination will occur on or before May 19, 2022, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all of the requirements to closing." That would mean the Super 8-K should be filed on or before May 25. However, OTRA has been very forthcoming about the redemptions, would not be surprised to see them announce those figures by the 19th.
OTRA up to 13.50 now…did not get filled at $9 :(
Sold OTRA @10.80 of course a massive spike immediately after selling lmao
OTRA - LOL - jumps to 10.80 in a second unredeem here, unredeem there...unredeem everywhere
OTRA is such a case of blue balls.
OTRA - I feel like I'm watching Icarus
OTRA buyers, chill, the deadline is in 3 hours.
OTRA - surprising good play the last couple of days buy mid 8s(low 8s if you can) and it goes to mid 9s(sell) the last couple of days - won't go over 10 until results of redemption reversal numbers come out everyone is waiting for that to come out
Anyone getting in on OTRA round 3? No just me? 😐
When do OTRA redemption reversals end?
I can’t imagine there are many former holders of OTRA commons remaining at this point who would see much benefit in unredeeming
$OTRA might make a comeback on ticker change, 450k float currently after reverse redemptions: https://twitter.com/odddiligence/status/1526189376253968385?s=21&t=M1ylr8njAKGOte2Bc-QfFA
OTRA had 395k redemption reversals. Float is now 452k. Maximum float is 1.4m due to redemption reversal cap.
OTRA gang gang good news and bad! Good news: 395k have unredeemed with the new filing today leaving it a ~450k float. Bad news: they can still unredeem till tomorrow 🪦. We wait till tomorrow looks like!
Guy who had lots of OTRA.. did you get out????
How do you know for sure? I emailed OTRA and they sounded unsure if unredemption was even going to be allowed.
Picked up 100 shares of OTRA afterhours @ 8.97, hopefully the deal is called off or the float is still low.
Yes, and i emailed OTRA today and their lawyer said that people may be allowed, so it's not a definite as far as I can tell. If the deal is cancelled, which the target can do, then nav would come back.
AFAIK, the only people who can ***un-redeem*** are people who previously redeemed. If a retail investor contacted their broker and directed them to turn in their OTRA shares for redemption, that investor could now contact their broker and ask the broker to reverse that request. You can't buy shares off the market and then ask your broker to un-redeem them, because shares bought off the market were by definition not redeemed already. So no, the NAV floor is not back in place (unless OTRA announces that the business combination agreement has been terminated).
Back in OTRA under 9. Lets goooooooooooooooooooo. 168K + float. Hoping not many un redeemed. I am hoping it closes or I make 8%-9% as it hits NAV
Thank you for your response. Regarding shares remaining after redemptions, can this be speculated based on the traded volume yesterday and today? Like if OTRA traded over two million shares in the past two days, wouldn't it be likely that a large percentage of that was unredeemed shares (including in the run to 30 in after hours yesterday)? And, in the event that a float greater than 2 million made the share price fall to $5, would the share price fall so hard below NAV simply indicate that the value of the Comera company was overpriced by 100% for its SPAC investment offering (because at that point the market cap of Comera is the market cap of OTRA shares)? Is that a fairly common scenario?
AFAIK, the only people who can ***un-redeem*** are people who previously redeemed. In order to redeem, most retail investors contact their broker, and ask them to have their shares submitted for redemption. In this case, they would again contact their broker, and ask the broker to reverse that decision, with the companies blessing. Not sure anyone can buy shares on the open market and then submit them for "un-redemption", since in theory the only shares available for sale on the open market are shares which were not redeemed. ***IF*** it turns out that OTRA and Comera call off the merger, then the shares you hold would be worth the $10.25 redemption value. You would have to hold those shares until there was another shareholder vote or until OTRA liquidated to receive that from OTRA. However, since the NAV floor would be restored in that case, it is likely that OTRA would trade around $10.15 to $10.20 and you could sell your shares for that. ***IF*** the merger is approved, which seems likely, then it is possible there will be another low float run if OTRA releases a filing and indicates the shares remaining after redemptions is below 1 million or so. If they announce the float is greater than 2 million, then the price of OTRA may not rise back above $9 and might quickly fall below $5. As to the "theoretical floor zero" part, in theory Comera could go bankrupt, and the shares be worth zero, but that's unlikely to occur in the next few months.
Hoping for help: I wanted to ask you all who are knowledgeable about SPACs, because I haven't seen "unredemptions" before. I entered this morning at $10.55 because I thought it was an acceptable risk/reward off NAV for the possibility this would run again. However, I don't understand why the possibility of unredemptions disclosed in the filings makes the theoretical floor zero. Rather, isn't the theoretical floor either (a) NAV if the deal doesn't go through, or (b) the share price that Comera life will have if the merger goes through? Regarding (a), the deadline for this is May 19th, right, or did I misunderstand the filing? Regarding (b), would Ameritrade automatically convert my OTRA shares into Comera life shares if I held this through a merger occurring? Do you consider it likely in the scenario of a merger that I'm screwed badly for buying at $10.55 (e.g. might the Comera shares dump down to $4-5 right after the merger or would that be extremely unlikely?) The dip to $8 was quite scary for me because I went into this play too heavily due to not understanding unredemption as a dilutive risk that could make the shares decrease (or maybe the people who previously redeemed are shorting and using their unredeemed shares to cover their shorts?). I would be very appreciative for your knowledge and advice.
It ***may*** just be in between pumps. With OTRA price under $10.25 again for most of the day, doesn't seem like very many folks would want to reverse their redemptions, even if OTRA does allow it. $10.25 is the redemption price. [Today's filing](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001821318/000110465922059854/tm2215496d1_8ka.htm) said "... certain holders of Class A Common Stock ***may*** request to change their election to have their shares redeemed, which the Company ***may*** allow. *There can be no assurance, however, that such holders will request to change their election to redeem their shares or that the final number of shares redeemed will decrease*", then "**The Company anticipates that the closing of the Business Combination will occur on or before May 19, 2022, subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all of the requirements to closing.**" Sounds like they may have come to some arrangement that is mutually agreeable to all parties ( SPAC, Comera, and underwriters ) regardless of the float, and the business combination might still close with a float of 500k shares or less. So it's possible that OTRA is back as a low float play come May 19 or later, once the final redemption figures and final status of the business combination are disclosed.
Why is OTRA crashing so hard??? What happened?
I emailed OTRA. They still say "if the company allows" redemption reversal. So it's not even a sure thing apparently.
If your not loading OTRA at these levels, you're sus Either the deal is off and it's back at $10.2 or it's (at most) 500k float and it still pumps.
looks like people who jump into OTRA b/c of the premarket jump to $30 are being disappointed Once mgmt said people can unredeem shares and sell...it was over
There was a 800k red candle at 9:30 today on OTRA. Do you know if Arbs could actually sell that many shares short of shares that they will be unredeeming? If so, how would they even know they will be allowed to unredeem? Has the company opened that yet? I'm sure some of those sells were not arbs but 800k... How is that even possible on a 200k float? In 1 minute.
bought back OTRA under 10 again - chart looks like a double bottom volume is over 1.5 mill - if the float is as low as people say - traded 8 times already don't know if people wait til it goes above mid 10s and sell
Meanwhile I lost 87 on OTRA and upon recalculating I was 248 in the green. Can't even fucking add and I am an enginenear
bought OTRA under 10 and put a stop loss 9.50 see how it goes - up so far
