well i sold all my PTIC now SFR warrants at a steep loss but shit atleast i got some money for them. even with a 2027 expiration i don’t particularly see that company hitting required share price given Zomb’s comment now to plunge all that cash into more PNTM quick question: why is CONX still trading so high? Same with CPUH. i own warrants in both so i should know this but i also gave up a long time ago

$PTIC vote was today. In their SEC filings prior to today they mentioned that all non-redeeming shareholders WILL get significantly diluted and that they will have outside capital to raise money in lieu of trust money. Never seen this in other filings before but maybe it's common language. If not this could be a low float because who the hell would want to hold through merger like that?
Gonna go in on $PTIC next as a possible low float. Traded pretty thinly this week and hasn't gone above NAV since then so no reason for anyone that was gonna redeem to change their minds. Beware that there's a lot of landmines POST merger though so keep that in mind. Their SEC filings literally say after merger there will be substantial dilution for non-redeeming shareholders.
while the dream was fanduel, im perfectly ok with having a DA. Tusk will be the head of the board and have an active role so think he has an interest in this not sucking. just get my warrants to 50 cents at some point and i’m happy (looks at 0.17 PTIC warrants post DA….ugh)

bwac with another extension, the infinite spac my warrants are so far underwater they’re well they’re under water ok honestly i’ve been holding all these for DA hopes and when i got one with PTIC it barely even moved. just sitting at 0.17 for post DA which i feel is nuts
oh i sold IMPX on the pop. PTIC i kept cause i’m still way under water, it’s unfortunately gone back down, but oh well i’d they merge it will go up. it wasn’t a bad target honestly
yeah i hear you but the likelihood all mine get a DA i feel is pretty low. PTIC is my only DA since like IMPX i think (shoutout extreme for that tip). that being said, once i do get DA’s and they actually merge i feel like i may get some money back

My OCA WS buy finally went through! Alrighty now literally get any deal no matter how shitty and my warrants bough at $0.013 will be a winner! if not i can deal with a 100 buck loss lol. averages on my warrant buys yesterday didn’t lower me a ton, but it makes the prospect of recovering some more money upon DA likely. no more money getting added to spacfolio though, this is it for real for real. PTIC atleast holding yesterday’s gains which is a bright spot
I havent had time to look into PTIC at all as I've been busy all day, but SFH rental is the hottest segment of US real estate. It's actually kind of a problem as investors are buying up so many SFH it's simultaneously driving up prices & increasing rents. Increasing mortgage rates should start to throw some cold water on this, which IMO may explain why they're choosing to SPAC now.

the thing is every time i try to trim a warrant position i fail at catching it when i have a profit and it then plummets (PTIC and GPAC for example) THEN when i do trim (BMAQ) it shoots up the literal next day
just looked at spacfolio and damn PTIC, IGACW and others are all near ATL’s again. jesus. fortunately i trimmed my higher cost average portions so i’m not hurting as bad but jesus that was fast

PTIC is from the same team that brought PRCH (PTAC) public so it doesn't seem that bad, but if you have other teams in mind then yeah it might make sense to cut it.
yeah i m eliminating some of my less known tickers and just eating the loss. ERES was the first, i reduced half my stake in ETAC. Now i’m debating selling PTIC. All so i can go in harder in others that have a more prolific past

oh yeah man overall i’m getting my ass kicked. my cost average on amzn is a little under 3300. my pre da warrants (all 15 plus) are anywhere from 20-30% down, with only CRHC, PTIC (due to low volume, what a weird blessing), and GPAC (bought two days ago) being in the green. sold out of KPLTW with a tiny profit yesterday. i’m pretty cool with it honestly. i don’t have an overwhelming amount tied up to each one and i think i’m going to transfer the money i have sitting in the account in cash out so i’m not tempted to keep loading more. the beauty of pre-da warrants is one good pop and i’m back square again. the unfortunate thing is also if the target sucks or never materializes i’m completely screwed. my averages are all 1.2 and under so it’s not like i need them to go sky high. i also don’t need this money right now/was resigned to losing it all when i start trading anyway lol
i wouldn’t attribute any downward pressure on warrants to anything specific. i have 15 plus and all are getting demolished except CHRC and PTIC (no volume) it’s pretty illogical to sell at these levels for warrants so i think it’s a combo of scared retail/margin calls/derisking. hopefully we have bottom soon
my PTIC warrants are super stable why you may ask yourself? well because no one has bought or sold them my good sir or mam
