Official SPAQ/ALLG redemption figures released today. "[Effective as of the Effective Time](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1838527/000119312522081611/d321401d8k.htm), **54,092,418 shares** of Spartan Common Stock issued and outstanding immediately prior to the Effective Time with respect to which stockholders of Spartan validly exercised their redemption rights **were redeemed** at the Effective Time (the “Redemption Shares”) and were converted into the right to receive from Spartan, in cash, a pro rata portion of the funds in Spartan’s trust account (the “Trust Account”). As a result, approximately $540,984,673 was removed from the Trust Account to pay such stockholders for the Redemption Shares. As of the Effective Time, all Redemption Shares ceased to be outstanding and were automatically cancelled and retired and each holder of a Redemption Share ceased to have any rights with respect thereto, except the right to receive the cash payment in respect thereof from Spartan referred to in the immediately preceding sentence." "[On February 11, 2021](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1838527/000156459021006416/spaq-8k_20210217.htm), Spartan Acquisition Corp. III (the “Company”) completed its initial public offering (the “IPO”) of 55,200,000 units (the “Units”), including 7,200,000 Units that were issued pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their over-allotment option. " That would put redemptions around 98% and leaves 1,107,582 shares after redemptions.

It seems like all the major electric vehicle charging network warrants are above $1. Volta, Chargepoint, etc. Shouldn't SPAQ/ALLG warrants hit well over $1? Tell me why not. Or tell me an electric charging network warrant that tanked.

Made some alright money on SPAQ/ALLG shares but became a bagholder on the ALLG warrants with a 0.97 cent average. Down 10 cents per warrant so far. I assume 98% of the people who bought warrants today are bagholders considering it drop below 90 cents near end of day. Can't believe warrants move like crap - they barely move up went stock goes up and moves down when stock goes down. They are 8 cents higher than yesterday's close when stock price was $6.5

If SPAQ received 11 mil from retail then transaction costs are excluded from that correct? Transaction fees $60M. So retail must also at least contribute some shares here, or not? Anywho, doesn’t matter in the end, it squeezed.

(vs no redemption 55 million) today "As a result of this transaction, the Company will receive approximately $161 million of gross proceeds, including from a private placement (“PIPE”) of ordinary shares anchored by strategic partners Fisker and Landis+Gyr as well as institutional investors, including funds and accounts managed by ECP. Investment funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, Inc., which also sponsor Spartan, and by Meridiam, as long-term owner of Allego, also participated in the PIPE." original "The transaction will raise a total of $702 million (assuming no redemptions), including $150 million from a fully committed PIPE, which will be used, among other things, to fund the combined company’s expansion plans. "As a result of this transaction, **the Company will receive approximately $161 million of gross proceeds**, including from a private placement (“PIPE”) of ordinary shares anchored by strategic partners Fisker and Landis+Gyr as well as institutional investors ... " The PIPE was $150 million: "The Subscribers have committed to purchase from Allego N.V. 15,000,000 Allego Ordinary Shares, for an aggregate purchase price of approximately $150 million in the Private Placement (the proceeds thereof the “PIPE Funds”)." That would leave $11 million from the trust, which would be 1.1 million shares after redemptions. "On February 11, 2021, Spartan Acquisition Corp. Today has been quite the day. Accidentally sold some uncovered calls during the Bullard speach (instead of buying). Had to close them immediately, but I'd be up a ton had I kept them. Better than where I'd be if I bought calls, but that was my 3rd pattern day trade warning for the week. A few hours later I said "nah" on ANGH at $12, but decided buying NRGV calls at the top was a fabulous idea. Lost 60% and dumped them for another round trip trade. So yeah, my options play account is gonna be restricted. Probably for the best. On a positive note, with how shitty the market looks, somehow my account is green. GGPI & CFVI warrants holding strong and SPAQ & PPGH finally moving up. Let's get Russia, OpEx, & rate hikes over with so we can finally move on with life.

Happy weekend r/SPACs! This is not really worth a thread so I thought I'd mention it here since Palantir keeps gobbling up SPAC investments and subsequently losing its ass on them (that Foundry for Bagholders product needs solid in-house beta testing before rollout.) [I made a spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1fQ8SpFpOQtNJzgfhMOKjnXu3W0Nr7W_EsEj3v-UOqps/edit#gid=153939661) with all the insider ownership details since a lot of retail investors don't do any DD before buying the company stock, but I recently added a sheet with all of the **company's SPAC/PE investments.** But my main idea was to ask if anyone had any hints as to what the following two companies might be as shown: [Electric vehicle charging company for $20mm and Telecommunications company for 15mm](https://imgur.com/a/y57teBN) For the EV company I had guessed maaaaaybe FRSG, SPAQ, or ADSE? Found no evidence of such a thing. Don't have many solid guesses for the telecommunications company. They don't have to be SPACs I guess, but it sure seems like they would be with the classic $10/share. Anyway, any speculation is appreciated as I've dug through a ton of boring shit and found nothing so I thought I'd drop a line here if anyone has any insight!

They are essentially the EVGO of Europe but amazingly, are already EBITDA positive (yes a SPAC that's making money already). Warrants are 1/4th per unit, so at $1.14 I think they re extremely undervalued. Additionally, the PIPE fully meets the minimum cash requirements all on their own, so redemptions are a non issue.
