UTAA has 21 months from their IPO to complete a business combination, extend, or liquidate. The UTAA IPO was completed December 6, 2021. So unless UTAA extends before September 6, 2023, they will have to liquidate. To date, UTAA has not filed any preliminary proxy for an extension meeting with the SEC. If they don't file one in the next couple of weeks, liquidation seems likely.

When Singapore Airlines get bout our by India and Indonesia takes over the G20, we should look closer at the BRIC ecosystem and that MEKA had a smart SPAc structure to weather the dual crises of both SPACs and growth.

It's heartbreaking to see so many of my OF hopeful counterparts get blown out on warrants lately. The market has been insane for 6 months and I haven't lost a material amount of money in commons for the various rumored SPACs. Worse case scenario, I survive the bear market unscathed, best case scenario, I still get a 3-5 (or maybe 10x) on an OF DA if one comes true. Seems like a no brainer.
