$VHAQ warrants are being delisted. Didn’t ever consider that. So how will warrant owners trade or exercise them? Yes, I realize I probably won’t have to worry about that possibility but the commons have been trading close to $11.50 and above in the recent past and they do have a business combination in the works. I remain slightly hopeful.

Took me all of 3 minutes to figure this out and it has nothing to do with the reverse split making your shares 'go away.' You scammed yourself buying into a clusterfuck of shitty companies. Superconductor Technologies Inc. merged with Allied Integral United, Inc. (which was in the middle of a slow motion bankruptcy since 2019 and became Clearday. They claimed to make in-home robot companions for the elderly but it's 2023 and those don't exist outside of movies yet. They were delisted years ago, pink sheets until last May, tried to get listed in 2022 but missed the SPAC train, and are now trying to merge with $VHAQ (a deal which has dragged on since March). Apparently around 500 VHAQ rights traded at yesterday's closing bell for $0.0002 (a dimes worth). At least, that's what I'm seeing in Fidelity. So today, some shares traded hands at $.05, which is a little under their 90 day average, but Fidelity is showing it as a 28000% gain. LOL.
Following the strategy of targeting pre-DA warrants with an LOI and an extension vote/approval, I hit on 6 DA’s in the past 2.5 months or so (CPUH, ANZU, ALTU, OXUS, VHAQ, ATAK). More than I had all of 2021 and 2022 combined. Would’ve been thrilled if you told me that I would have so many DAs to start the year. Unfortunately, most of them have not yielded the returns that I had hoped for… also had one liquidation (NVSA) even with an LOI and extension vote scheduled. Still holding a few pre-DA but don’t think I’ll be adding too many new ones going forward.

I Bought VHAQ\^ (VHAQ Rights) from 14 cents today. I think it is a bargain, only risk is if the deal doesnt go through. It is a pretty substantial risk, but I think the likelyhood is at least 50-60%. Who knows, I think if the deal goes through I make an easy 70-80% percent return from here. We shall see !
VHAQ still has 350k shares to short on iborrowdesk. I'm wondering if the remaining float is higher than that, or it just hasn't been updated for redemptions. Of course, the redemption window is still open.

I find it unbelievable that VHAQ can go past it's deadline to deposit more money in the trust, without filing with the SEC. There's no website, no press release, literally no way that i know of to verify that it happened. But apparently the market assumes it did, or maybe the bigwigs know.

Why are VHAQ warrants so incredibly cheap?
Gonna keep having bleeding and no volume unless decent deals come. If a couple get good deals and warrants go to $1.2+ then I’m guessing we will see some drift up. The DD on DCRD today on below avg volume caused a 11% jump in that warrant. So makes me think there is still potential in many. But just not a lot of excitement and looks like capitulation or margin call dumps. For example the DA with VHAQ I decided to hold thinking it’d come up some and hasn’t. Put 2000 at the bid at $.2 for the last 2 days and have only had 200 go.
You sure? VHAQ down 3% on the day - still below my $.29 avg too, so not great. But yes need DAs. I am kinda just stuck where I am at not wanting to sell anything before DA & consolidate so just waiting for DAs to exit.
Interesting timing. I just asked last week why $VHAQ warrants were so cheap and the reasonable answer I got was that their DA deadline was coming up in March. So today they announced a DA. While I'm breathing a sigh of relief (I own those warrants), I can't believe the warrants are still so cheap today. $.22?? That seems like a screaming bargain. Suneva Medical has several FDA-approved products available and if they are comparable to $SKIN like several other members here have stated, the warrants should be trading much higher shouldn't they (even with 2:1 warrants)? I'm mystified and disappointed. Damn.

Any thoughts as to why VHAQ warrants are sub .20 and going lower when the commons are above $10? Even with 2:1 warrants and rights, I don't see why these are so cheap. Seems like an opportunity here.
