Yes, I’m aware of that (VYGG, LEAP, PSTH, FVT, NDAC) — there’s a long list. And it’s a good thing to keep in mind, no doubt, and I’m not going too crazy as a result. But I think that’s more than reflected in the price, as I don’t think warrants have ever been anywhere near this cheap EVER.

Many of the recent liquidations (AVAN, VYGG, etc) seemed to have given up based on their most recent 10Qs for the second quarter, if you look at Loss from Operations as several have speculated on here are a good indicator of a deal in the works. May be a helpful indicator for other SPACs that are nearing deadline.

when sorting through the pre DA warrants out there, it's important to note that the premiums on some of them mean nothing. we've seen IPOF, IPOD, VYGG, and LMAC liquidate while being multiple times more expensive than other warrants that actually got deals. nobody knows anything and we're all buying in the dark. godspeed

The VYGG team holds our responsibility as investors and stewards of our investors’ capital in the highest regard. Our integrity matters more to us than losing our sponsor capital. Given the state of the SPAC market, **we would not currently feel comfortable recommending the deSPAC path to high-quality companies**. "We firmly believe that capital preservation remains a priority in a down market. While we are not pleased to have to return investor’s money without gains, we are pleased to have acted as diligent fiduciaries. **In the past 24 months, 310 out of 357 (87%) companies that have completed a deSPAC are trading below their issuance price.** Since VYGG launched, the SPAC index (Defiance Next Gen SPAC ETF) lost over 44% of its value, tech SPACs lost even more of their value (down 56%) and **over 80% of traditional technology IPOs since October 2020 are trading below issuance price**. These were not market conditions to use investors’ money to combine with a technology company and push a deal through."

Snip, snap, snip, snap. After getting out of VYGG and some of my SLDP this morning i ended up pretty much in line with indices. Wild ride today. This market sucks. Also dumped my PLD that has just been dogshit since January.
VYGG is probably done. But UTAA still has plenty of time. While OF is a long shot, that's still one of the few teams that can probably land something decent.

Same happened to me on VYGG had $10calls and it was at $10-10.01 all day and they didn’t sell. No risk of a real decline tho so no big deal. Or get lucky with a good DA on Monday.

Exactly why I have VYGG calls as well as UTAA warrants. Going for a home run with OF and want to cover my bases. Just hope it's one of those two (which as of right now both make the most sense)

Those are the two with the most conviction right now. UTAA seems a bit small to take them public, but I suppose they could always do a pipe or something. VYGG would be perfect imo (size and team), but they've been so silent and only have until October I believe? UTAA has another year about I think

Thinking of grabbing some calls for VYGG and IPOF as IV is low and I'm guessing in a month or two when things settle down more SPACs may become attractive again. Still risky I know but only gonna throw a little at them. Does anyone know off the top of their head the dissolution date for these two SPACs?
It's all speculation at this point based on finding funds that have the $ necessary to do it that we either know are already in talks with an unknown target (ALTU) or that have strong connections on their team (UTAA) to the company. VYGG has a good team for it but they are my smallest position.
I'm long UTAA, ALTU and VYGG. If those are wrong I'll bite the bullet and buy on DA though because I think this has insane upside.

Yup. I also have some UTAA and VYGG but the longer it takes to get DAs or at least LOIs from these two the less confident I am that they have deals coming given the reported talks started about 1.5-2 months ago.
