Are you tracking ABATs (formerly ABML) move to NASDAQ? They already recycle materials from lithium batteries successfully. They got over 100 million in grants, and own a huge deposit of lithium in Nevada, very close to current battery and EV manufacturing. It sounds like the government wants mining to start quick so they can meet their EV targets. I had been telling people $ABML. Which is now $ABMLD because they just started the up list processes and put out huge PR yesterday with their partnerships and forward trajectory.. likely listed on nasdaq this week or next.. still excellent buying opportunity before the institutional investors waiting for that pile on. Supply and demand will be at work. They reverse split to uplist but also split the authorized shares along with it so no fear of dilution. Easily a 5-10 bagger by EOY with current prices.

Hey are we sleeping on a resurgence of ABML? Lithium mining and recycling company in the U.S. some of you may recognize from months ago when it jumped from 0.60ish to 1.45 at its height with good news and social media hype. It has since regressed to its .50ish range before the last bull run, and has now recently received more good news in the form of 4 new U.S. Department of Energy grants (4 days ago) to fund their advancement of their current Lithium manufacturing and recycling projects, and new projects. 3 days later (yesterday) they announced their third drilling program into one of the largest Lithium deposits in North America. So... sleeping beast? Or has the market genuinely corrected the company to a lower price point that should continue this trend?

Interesting that your reason for Redwood Materials because the founder was an ex-Tesla member, yet the CEO of $ABML is a former Tesla guy that was the inventor of the first Tesla Patent for battery cell manufacturing. I don’t think being a former Tesla guy secures the connection with Tesla at either company. Being the most efficient and cost effective company to deliver the battery resources to Tesla will secure it. $ABML has consistently missed projected deadlines, but a couple of the reasons make a person ask if it’s for an even more grandiose success story like acquiring the Aqua Metals facility at a hugely discounted price of having to build it themselves. Lack of revenue makes it higher risk, but seeing the involvement of the DoE and Dupont and the facility acquisition. Theres likely only one of two outcomes here: 1) battery technology advances so quickly it makes their process irrelevant before they are generating revenue or 2) the additional commercial facility is up and running and driving greater than expected revenue and market cap is 20x within 18 months. It’s one of the most interesting OTC plays right now and the definitely of high risk yet incredibly high reward if it hits.

I don't think they have an option to fail due to their own fuckup. Biden gave them $115M to make shit happen. If they mess up, that's going to ruin them. Very high risk as they haven't even opened their facility that will make their money.

I own both ABML and AQMS. AQMS has been moving faster than ABML but i think both are valid plays in the long term. Both have been receiving grants for the processes they've been developing but I do believe AQMS is farther along.

Well since this is insider trading if the info is not disclosed you need to decide if it is real info or not. I can't find any news releases that show Tesla with ABML other than 2019 but there was one relating to an Australian company in February. Probably should delete this post if you plan on buying on this info. If you do risk it. Treat it as a trade and get out. (Unless I am missing the announcement.) (Also this is the kind of rumour that can get you in a lot of trouble. Just fyi.)

This is a pennyatock trading on OTC, but ABML American Battery Technology Company. They own one of the largest lithium deposits stateside and have a scale-viable closed loop manufacturing and recycling process with very high yield on the recycling end. They are finishing their first scaled production factory this year and have plenty of cash from Biden's clean energy initiatives to fund production and growth. They also have a pending $20M order for when production begins. Trades at $.69 right now but the technicals look great for the impending positive news incoming. Currently holding 13000 shares at $.92 before I buy this dip in a few days/weeks.

The Seeking Alpha report was poorly written with what appears to be very little research done. If you want to know where ABML is sitting currently, listen to this interview. Ryan spells it all out. I am a long investor so take that into account as well but I believe that while this is still a risky investment, I also believe that ABML is doing everything to build this company into a powerhouse, hiring highly qualified BOD & engineers, aquiring land rights, applying for grants and pivoting to buying new McCarran facility. ABML deposit report was not 43-101 compliant so it has a level of fog around it. Toss in the number of holes drilled and the size of area applied to those holes to generate that resource calculation is not following really any industry standard and to that end, no Canadian resource company could have used that type of a report as the exchanges would have immediately rejected it. Do they have a massive resource? Probably, they are in the right location and the drill cores were decent but they are also 5 years away from being able to do anything with it realistically. They need another 50 to 100 holes, they need to infill the drilling and then start the environmental and preliminary economic assessments before it can be considered moving to the next level. All that said, it is ripe for a pump and run so you may be great. It also may drift back down for a while. This is just how I am looking at it. My preferred Lithium buys in this price range are PEMIF and CYDVF as they both should be able to announce some developments to production in the next 6 months or less. ABML to get to that point is much longer IMO.

ABML is a good looking ground floor startup in the Lithium sector. They have the plant for recycling Lithium government money and they own the largest know Lithium deposit in America. I bought in at .75 as soon as they announced the hiring of a company to complete the engineering and startup of there facilty a short drive from tesla's battery plant in Nevada. Not financial advice. Without a doubt #ABML. They have a $592M cap with over $500B of lithium in the ground. Even more importantly, while other companies take months to extract their lithium, #ABML has a patented process that takes hours. Every company out there will be needing to license this process.

Personally, I like American Battery Technology Company(ABTC). They are Technology company where the CEO was a former Tesla 1%er who helped develop their first giga factory. He left to take over ABML which was a former lithium mining company with land rights to lithium deposits. With him he has brought his first of kind recycling and mining technology to extract lithium from clay. They are looking to start phase 1 of their pilot plant hopefully next month. The received government funding to speed up mining and recycling, they just announced a 20 mill up front payment, and just bought a failed businesses building that was trying to recycle to speed up their operations. Also it’s like ten minutes from the Tesla factory. They have been hiring Tesla employees and others like crazy, and they own one of the biggest lithium lands in the US. I am well invested in the company and DCA every pay. It did have some former CEOs that diluted the stock before Ryan Melsert took over.

ABML is definitely a long play right now. ABML will probably have to dilute their stock or take on a lot of debt to fund the exploration and production facilities for their Tonopah Flats claim. In either case I think we’re gonna see the stock go down first. Or they get really lucky and score more grants from the Feds.
