Here is an idea. Someone tell me what's wrong with it. Invest the 350k into a monthly dividend fund like AGD. Auto-reinvest the dividend monthly for 10 years. Based on the latest payout of $.065/share and a $9.50 price per share you get about $2400 in the first month. That amount will go up every month there after. Someone please do the math but at the end of 10 years of compounding you could turn off the auto-reinvest and live month to month off the dividend alone while preserving share qty. and never have to sell anything.
