You might want to do some deep research before investing (or u/Dagnum_PI, selling a company to AIAI): John P Rochon, the man behind M42 and this whole enterprise, appears to have been sued for fraud and misrepresentation multiple times. The number of bankruptcy proceedings seem numerous to me based on a quick google search and they including prior Richmond Capital funds and prior companies. Those lawsuits suggest he may have destroyed prior investors with his methods and investments. Articles have been written about his less-than-amicable departure from Mary Kay Cosmetics. AIAI has paid a stock pumping group three times since it went public to pump the stock, most recently $75K. Makes you wonder. The pumping contract: [https://stockresearchtoday.com/aiai-a-holding-company-focused-on-applying-artificial-intelligence-to-business-operations/](https://stockresearchtoday.com/aiai-a-holding-company-focused-on-applying-artificial-intelligence-to-business-operations/) "Pursuant to an agreement between AIAI Holding Corporation and Virtus Media Group LLC, Virtus Media has been hired to publicly disseminate information about ticker $AIAI via digital communications beginning August 3rd, 2026 ending August 23rd, 2026. Virtus will be paid $75,000 from AIAI Holding Corporation." The footnote doesn't disclose the prior two payments made after AIAI was first listed. I don't understand how you expect anyone to just blaze past this, it's an obvious corporate governance nightmare. What prevents Mr. Rochon from double dealing on the licensing terms to extract all the competitive edge from AIAI into his private company?
M42 is controlled by the founder and licenses the AI to AIAI for a large equity grant plus 3% of revenue. That said, the operating businesses already generate the proprietary data.
