anyone seen ATMC after hours.. wtf happened
Ahh.. there is soem news on ATMC. They have found a company to merge with (Hong Kong insurance company), thus transforming from a holding company/SPAC to an actual business. However, this news came out after close last Thursday ago. That the stock did not increase Friday or today and instead waited until low volume AH today to spike still looks sketchy to me.

ATMC - outright manipulation, baby. Take a very low float stock, buy into heavy during low volume after hours. You get synergy between the very low float and the low volume AH environment. Presto -huge move.
Keep an eye on $RDAC. $ATMC with same 34k float just hit 97 minutes ago.
