Anyone have any insights into why BATL took such a haircut today on news that the agreement was amended? At the current share price and the new drop-dead date, the ARR has ballooned to over 60% (previously, \~13%). Likewise, for GAN, why does it continue to hold at a \~25% coupon, despite the proxy vote being moved up, and no whispers of any regulatory review? Thanks!
