I'm trying to understand the company [Bright Green](https://brightgreen.us/) (BGXX) a little bit. Pretty sure my personal due diligence process might be lacking in a few areas despite my best efforts 😅. My ability to navigate through these sheets of figures and company data is somewhat limited so far lol. Will anyone with a professional eye give me a couple of insights?

If you look into their PRs, they are selling equity at 39.99 and you get a green card. Buy US green card for 1M and get some fairly worthless BGXX shares with it.

Good question! The stocks are selected at the same time every day right now: 9am (30 minutes before the market opens). The reason for this is because not all of our subscribers can trade outside of the market hours and we want to build something that appeals to as many people as possible. However, since this post got us in front of quite a few people, we've been getting more and more requests for premarket and after hours signals. Have been researching a stock and thought of the convo you and I had. $BGXX they have the only fed contract and have acquired a pharm co I’m super interested and it is sitting at $1.50 and I think in the long it may hit 50$ but in the short on Monday or Tuesday May hit $3 for a good little return. Now the reason for my optimism is the charts on WeBull and the scuttle but I’m hearing around the net from folks who do rather well in penny stocks. As well as them having the only fed weed research contract and they just bought a Pham co. It looks super interesting to me again. I bought in the first time at .80 months ago and sold out many times. I’m buying back in at 1.550$ it is worth a bit of research and look. 😊 🤞🏽 hoping it 🚀 again like it has over the last few months. If you decide to buy in let me know how you do and I’ll do the same.

I switched off of Robinhood to WeBull Frobinhood and am loving the signals they give but I have since learned that you can trade as early as 4 am unlike RH who does 7am. So I wondered if you all publish in the wee hours or right before open? I’m looking at $BGXX right now and wanted to see if it makes the list. I guess I should have mentioned one sooner. I heard that BGXX had announced they had plans to raise $500 million dollars. The stock was trading under $1.00 for the past several months. But at IPO it started at like $15 per share, jumped up to $50, then slowly crashed down. I took a swing and purchased shares this morning at $0.89 a share, it ran up to $1.88, I sold at $1.78. Doesn't come close to making up what I am down on AMC, but it was nice to get a win for the first time in a while.

lol look at BGXX. That piece of junk was somehow allowed to list on the nasdaq with a direct listing that raises 0 money for the company, even though they have no cash to build the 300m dollar facility their whole plan is based on. They have no facilities, no revenue, no anything. Insiders gave themselves shares at 0.01 and were allowed to sell immediately. A bunch of people made tens of millions of dollars literally moving money from retail investors pockets into their own, and offer nothing in return. It's a legal scam. Run by a known con artist. Nothing will happen to any of them.
