$CJMB: the pullback to $1.48 is a classic backtest of the opening breakout level. We’re holding right above the VWAP, which is exactly where you want to see consolidation before the second leg up. The RSI is cooling off from the overbought zone, giving us room to push back towards $1.75 and $1.80. Strong support building here.

One name I think is flying completely under the radar is Callan JMB ($CJMB). They’re a Texas-based, veteran-led logistics and cold chain operator that’s quietly positioning for what could be a generational federal buildout. The US is rolling out the SAPIR program (Strategic Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient Reserve) – essentially creating a domestic stockpile + distribution backbone for APIs and finished drugs. We’re talking billions in funding over the coming years to secure pharma supply chains. I found a diamond yet to be polished $CJMB
Had a good call with a CJMB exec this week. They confirmed their partnership with UPS is still strong — I asked if there were plans to expand to other shippers (FedEx, USPS, etc.), but was told UPS wants exclusive rights and there's no need to bring in others given the volume they can handle. That sounded pretty encouraging. We also talked about insider ownership — founder Wayne Williams has a big chunk of his own capital tied up in this, which I always like to see and checks out with comments here. Analyst coverage is starting to pick up too — he suggested I reach out to Valter Pinto at KSCS, who's been doing press and coverage on the stock (I already reached out). Overall tone from the exec was positive. They’re looking to grow into adjacent markets while maintaining existing partnerships and renewing contracts, which tracks with the Chicago contract extension that posted this morning (https://www.investing.com/news/company-news/chicago-extends-callan-jmb-emergency-supplies-contract-through-2026-93CH-4139863). We talked background of company too, which most of you know, but historically, Callan made their money in emergency response — disaster and pandemic contracts — which is lucrative, but aren’t necessarily recurring or predictable. What’s interesting now is they’re starting to pivot into more stable, long-term government contracts, especially in pharma and medical logistics. That’s a much stickier, more recurring revenue stream and seems like a natural evolution of their core strengths. They’ve been around for 15+ years, operating in a niche with solid execution, and my gut feeling is the IPO wasn’t just for growth capital, but also to help check boxes around credibility, compliance, and access to federal opportunities. If they land even a few of these pharma/government deals, this could rocket alone. Not to mention if UPS makes a public announcement. Anyway, I picked up 2,500 shares and will be watching closely.

There are no guarantees in this game, even with confirmation, it’s entirely possible that the collaboration is still in a pilot phase. That said, CJMB’s platform has been commercially validated before (for example through its use by Grail), so the risk that the tech doesn’t hold up is fairly low in my view. The bigger uncertainty to me is scale and timing. Will UPS roll this out broadly, and how fast?
There’s no formal guidance or SEC filing quantifying the value of the collaboration, which is part of what makes this an information arbitrage setup. But if CJMB is indeed the core tech behind UPS’s Premier Platinum rollout, the potential is well above their current $20M market cap. UPS Healthcare is a multi-billion-dollar operation, and Premier Platinum targets high-value segments like biologics, clinical trials, and vaccines. If CJMB’s platform is integrated across that network, recurring revenue in the range of $20M to $50M annually isn’t unrealistic, depending on scale and adoption. That kind of revenue, with strong margins and validation from a global player, could support a valuation several times higher than where it trades today. Nothing is confirmed yet, but the asymmetry is why it’s interesting.
