You've gotta spend money to make money - AI isn't cheap. I'm not surprised that their capex is insanely high and their profits aren't enough to totally absorb it. Also: ServiceNow is not an AI tool provider lmao. They are a dogshit CMDB/ITSM tool that is probably the worst in existence and only used because of heavy corporate/enterprise contracts. I would never directly buy ServiceNow stock in a million years after using their product.
