WOW! Great research article about YCRM PickleJarLive R/M
Surprise! These three penny stocks have the nod of Wall Street.
$CMLS perhaps one of the most undervalued stocks in market WITH insider buying this month!

That was quite a move for $FUBO when the Hulu news was announced. Seems like there’s definitely long term value there especially when you consider that Amazon Prime keeps making one bad move after another. YouTube free is almost unwatchable with the endless commercials and now they’ve implemented this technique where you can’t ignore the commercials (the little i or info icon), but instead it lets you block it but the commercial still plays. For that reason, I try and find other industry players that have longterm growth potential. But to be clear, these aren’t overnight winners. These will take years to develop and the platforms to become mature. Making content, and good content, just takes time. My other pennystock media/streaming plays: $CURI and the OTC ticker $LPTV (no volume and no price action, so be forewarned on this one!) The media company making my potential penny scanner is: $CMLS
I have this thinkorswim/ToS scanner I created that I lovingly call Potential Pennies. The tickers that keep making the list that’s grabbed my attention are: $CMLS, $SBET, $CASK, $CAPT Have any of these made your radar?
We’ve got this: Amendment 3 to the S-3 shelf registration: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1705402/000121390025006605/ea0228253-f1a3_agmgroup.htm Then the 424B4 prospectus: https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1705402/000121390025019795/ea0232883-424b4_agmgroup.htm No insider purchases or sales in the last two years (not a good sign): https://www.dataroma.com/m/ins/ins.php?t=y2&am=0&sym=AGMH&o=fd&d=d But three stocks that do appear ready are: $GRYP, $NOVA or $CMLS
CMLS finally starting to move
Looking for IBRX to breakout and waiting CMLS earnings to be a catalyst
Taking a run at IBRX and CMLS through earnings
$CMLS earnings might surprise to the upside May 3rd. The company is working on a debt deal with creditors and it appears to have bottomed last week. Low float with cheap options chain.
CMLS might be a good play in the radio sector with Berkshire Hathaway buying up SIRI shares. It's just too small for them to touch, low float, cash flow, buying back shares and huge discount to book value
Great earnings from CMLS. They generated enough this quarter with stock buy backs and debt repayment to effectively cover their share price in additional book value. Still trades 25% of book and super low float
SIRI is squeezing, but what about other Radio like CMLS and IHRT? CMLS has super low float too
CMLS looks like an undervalued play in the radio sector. They have paid down a ton of debt, and have been aggressively buying back stock retiring 10% of the outstanding last month alone, while short interest continued to climb. With a $75M market cap and $700M in debt and $118M in cash they seem like a good set up. They have 404 radio stations and are selling one in Detroit for $10M. They have lots of stations in big markets, Dallas, San Francisco, Chicago, Atlanta, etc. The break up value is probably conservatively 3-5X the share price of $4.50. They rejected an offer of $17 a share last year saying it undervalued the company and now there is 20% less outstanding stock. With the right liquidation it could 10X in value unlock. Low outstanding share of 16.5M now. Also radio advertising is cyclical this being an off election year, radio spend will significantly increase next year and more so since it's a presidential election year too which should be a tailwind to earnings and cash generation for them going forward.
I recently started trying to automate a portion of technical analysis in python. Posted about it a few weeks ago. Started of wanting to find inflexion points, but quickly found that doesn't seem to be reliable. So I've switched to trend trading. Algorithm right now pretty much just finds stocks that are on an uptrend, then I'm manually looking at support, resistance, and chart patterns to pick an entry points. Ill definitely need to tweak the variables to optimize it, and maybe make it more advanced, but it seems to be working fairly well. Started paper trading yesterday. So far I fudged 3 trades but doing stop/limit orders incorrectly, leading me to enter into a trade I didn't want to. 4th one I set up correctly though and it's up 5% from my entry points, CMLS. Anybody got tips on trend trading? I know I need to get better with chart patterns and being able to anticipate when the uptrend will end or reverse. And clearly need to refine my stop buy strategy. Am I overly optimistic in thinking that if I really refine this strategy and get good at it I could get a 15-25% annual return?
CMLS...they had a buy out offer at 15 a share and are now at 3. Someone will take them out. Book value 21 a share https://www.reuters.com/business/media-telecom/exclusive-warshaw-led-consortium-12-bln-bid-cumulus-media-sources-2022-04-14/
