SPRO - PDUFA on 6/18th, high chance of getting approved, but restrictive labeling is a minor risk as well Stocks at decent prices right now imo: AVIR, RNAC, COYA, NBP, DTIL, SLDB
I'd say I'm committed to what the data is saying, but I know what you mean. GANX has been an extreme example of biotechs where good news is sold. But this market behavior only lasts so long. Eventually, when the ripples of the data start reaching the broader science world, I think that's where this changes. Unless it happens sooner via partnership/buyout, which I think is likely. Either way, I think we're just a few months away from this coming to a head. The world doesn't know yet. I was an investor in Mind Medicine a few years back. It was too early, but I believed (and believe) in the approach. Glad it is on an uptrend now. Totally forgot about it. Looks like daily RSI is in the overbought zone, so I might look for a pullback to take a small position again. But I'm limiting my biotech exposure. GANX has giant promise, so that's where most of my biotech allocation is. COYA is another that is at an attractive price right now, but my position there is much smaller. But I'll keep an eye on DFTX-- thanks.
COYA. I don't own nearly as much, and frankly haven't done nearly as much research. But they are very well-funded, partnered with Dr Reddy, and have the recent Nobel prize winner as a scientific advisor for the discovery of the role that Tregs play in inflammation, which is what Coya's drug targets. [Here's a good interview](https://x.com/LouBasenese/status/2003188209799549283?s=20) with the CEO from last week.
There are three categories of penny stocks. Just had a big run, everyone is piling on to get some of the action. It pulls back, then you have bag holders. On a long march continuously downward to delisting/bankruptcy. If these hit a super-micro cap level, maybe think about putting a tiny amount here in case of a magical rebound. But in all likelihood you will lose that investment. Stable company, but prone to big swings, so good for swing trades, but this could take months between transactions. I think that 3rd category is where I’m going to try to stick to, and the tickers I like the looks of are DNN, ATOS, COYA, MCRB, NNDM. And Benny personally traded DNN of those, but I’m watching all of them for opportunities for swings.
I've been chasing insider purchases a bit. COYA, ZBIO are a couple of risky bio companies that I'm curious why they bought so much inside.
YOLO calls on $COYA - nice spike up today something is cooking about their alzheimer drug
Can someone argue why I shouldn't dump $100k into $COYA calls?
$COYA will be a billion dollar company by the year end
COYA Therapeutics Good backing and good pipeline. Still a gamble but good news often with partnerships and licensing.
