An open market purchase of $2.5M by a director is a significant vote of confidence, especially since it’s his own money and not just a stock option exercise. From a mean reversion perspective, I’d be curious to see if $CPAY is currently sitting at an oversold level relative to its 200-day moving average. Usually, insider buys of this size happen when they believe the market has overreacted to the downside.
