Does anyone have any good information or perspective on CSAI? Reports are that it’s significantly undervalued, it also is in a more “popular” investment field right now in terms of AI and video surveillance. I was curious if anyone else had any thoughts on this one.

Wow CSAI is really popping AH, right bots? /s
CSAI power half hour lol
CSAI is coming back to life
RNTX or CSAI for the last hour?
Suddenly CSAI hype coming in. This stock is a dud, founder has sold shares 30+ times all year and not at once bought Since IPO it has lost 95% of value within 9months. These contracts and deal you speak of are nothing but smoke screen of their underlying issues Share buyback is not guaranteed, they ‘may’ do it and can cancel anytime. why would a microcap with high cash burn, with barely any revenue do this instead on focussing on growing the company There’s no acquisition happening, stop spreading fud
Either should be fine at this point. I'm in MSAI (for small 250 shares) but CSAI would be a good investment as well.
is it too late to hop on MSAI? Should I just go for CSAI?
Is CSAI worth holding after hours?
Bought MSAI instead of CSAI at 1.60. Both could be good plays. Let’s eat!
CSAI is set to moon anytime soon
So now if you buy CSAI you're a bot. LOL this sub is absolutely cooked since the BYND pump
CSAI before earnings on 11th Nov. This is hugely undervalued
are these CSAI accounts bots jfc
Guys, guys, buy CSAI and DFLI, both of them will reach triple digits when after hours hit🚀🔥💦
CSAI really cheap at these prices. It's an easy 3 bagger until earnings
Two-thirds of these CSAI accounts are bots.
CSAI volume over 3 times daily average, its starting to run now. Expecting over $3.00 before earnings
CSAI let's go!! We can reach $2.00 easily today. AH is going to be pretty crazy I think
CSAI being astroturfed to hell.
whats going on with CSAI, is exploding today
just buy a little of CSAI and hold it
CSAI is with good volume and doing a very well performation today
im seeing CSAI with good potential
CSAI holding until earnings. Aiming for $3-$4 at least. Earnings are on 11th November and they announced a $5M shares buyback. Looks promising
Fuck it I'm in CSAI lets ride this
CSAI tripled average daily volume already. This is just primed to run before earnings, I'm really confident. It's almost 70% of my portfolio right now.
Me too man, appreciate the thoughtfull discussion, pretty rare here haha. You're right that acquirers only pay premium multiples for recurring revenue or cashflows, not hardware, but I think that with CSAI the hardware is just the entry point. The business model is AI remote guarding + monitoring. The recurring subscription is the product. On the M&A point, bigger companies won't buy CSAI just for the cameras, but they would be buying a differentiated AI surveillance platform and existing recurring revenue contracts. They have patents around remote intervention and cloud surveillance, and also deployments with big property managers. So yes, there is a big risk, but I think it's worth taking it due to the high reward it offers. Obviously depends on every investor
CSAI almost tripled average daily volume, this is going to skyrocket anytime soon
$CSAI volume is great, today the target is above 2$
Ok CSAI. Low daily volume but popped 18%.... i'm in
CSAI volume getting crazy right now
CSAI volume already doubled average daily volume, this is probably going over $2.20 today
Appreciate you engaging rather than downvoting because of my bearish thesis! You have raised some good points. But CSAI “are just getting acquired for their platforms” must be contextualized: most strategic acquirers pay premium multiples for SaaS or subscription revenue streams with predictable cash flows, not hardware-heavy or early-stage revenue streams. Also, AI-enabled surveillance has competitive pressure from larger incumbents, which could reduce strategic urgency for acquisition unless CSAI’s tech is demonstrably differentiated and patented? Like I say I am more interested in engaging in meaningful discussion about any stocks but I'll sit this one out.
Fair points, but a few clarifications: Their traction is real and recent. Last SEC fillings show revenue is still low, yes, but after the filing period they announced deployments with 5 of the top 10 NMHC property management firms, a billion dollar developer, and new expansion into the construction/renewables market. The insider selling narrative is also misleading. CEO still owns majority of common + preffered. If the goal was to dump on retail investors, he could have nuked the float post uplist, but he didn't. Also, the buyback isn't just hopium. Unlike the 99% of microcaps that announce buybacks and dilute anyway, CSAI has already reduced outstanding shares and explicity said they won't dilute for working capital. They want to keep the float tight. M&A stuff he mentions isn't something crazy. Maybe the multiples he used are a little bit high, but these type of companies are just getting acquired for their platforms. I'm not saying it's risk free, but most of the bearish arguments aren't fully accurate in my opinion
I commented on the other post on this stock but: CSAI’s latest filings suggest revenue remains under $2–3 million annually with high cash burn. Achieving 300 percent growth would require both new client onboarding capacity and capital expenditure that the company cannot currently fund organically. Applying an 8x–10x EV/Sales multiple is unjustified for a microcap with no profitability, low visibility, and uncertain scaling. Such multiples apply to category leaders with high gross margins and sticky SaaS revenues. Microcaps often cite “potential acquisition” as a bullish wildcard, but larger acquirers typically target companies with proprietary IP or recurring software ARR over $20–30M, not hardware-heavy firms with limited cash runway. Microcaps frequently announce buybacks but never execute them; any valuation narrative based on stated but unexecuted repurchases is a bit premature The projection ($96M–$120M valuation) excludes net debt, share dilution, or operating losses. If CSAI requires new equity issuances in 2026, per-share value will likely erode even if enterprise value grows nominally. Client examples - couldn't see any SEC or press-verified contract figures and without these, the client examples are marketing. I'll pass on this one but happy for someone to tell me I'm wrong!
CSAI earnings on November 11th and announced a huge shares repurchase program
I'm wasting time in this Sub while I wait for the turd that is LPSN to fly. As I was stupid enough to invest in LPSN take the below as you wish: \- Your valuation doesn't have supporting evidence that CSAI actually generates meaningful recurring revenue, positive margins, or cash flow. Latest filings show the company’s quarterly revenue base is still low and profitability metrics deeply negative. Without concrete data on gross margins, burn rate, or cash runway, the valuation assumptions are speculative. \- Have you verified the liquidity source was it funded through debt or prospective credit lines for the $5m buyback? \- CSAI’s client verticals (affordable housing, construction) do not guarantee proprietary moat or switching costs, and its AI video analytics face competition from better-capitalized firms (Verkada, Eagle Eye Networks, Motorola Solutions’ Avigilon). \- No insider buying evidence appears in recent filings?
Good overview. Short interest is modest too. [Cloudastructure (CSAI) Short Interest Ratio and Volume 2025](https://www.marketbeat.com/stocks/NASDAQ/CSAI/short-interest/)
Most people always ask for pennystocks that hasn't run 200% yet, I recommend taking a look at CSAI, I've made some DD here
Fuck it im full port on CSAI until earnings
Fuck it im full port on CSAI until earnings
CSAI got many catalysts and volume finally starting to raise
CSAI should be trading around $4 right now, this is hugely undervalued
Is CSAI a legit runner chance or a scam company?
CSAI is so undervalued this should run before earnings 11/11, it should be trading at least around $4-$5 right now. Really underpriced
Finally someone mentions CSAI
Anyone looking at CSAI before earnings 11/11? They announced a shares buyback program for $5M while their market cap is just $25M, looks like a healthy stock
Quick google AI search, will look into this one overtime but holding off until I do: Yes, [Cloudastructure, Inc. CSAI is primed to run, just made some DD if you want to take a look. Tripled contracts and $5M shares buyback, with earnings being on 11th nov
Im watching $CSAI for today, it looks great, tell me your oppinions
CSAI and DVLT looking good for next week
CSAI for the upcoming weeks. It looks primed for a big move, they are on a sweet spot in the AI + Security sector, and just announced a $5M shares buyback (a company buys their shares if they think they are undervalued), and volume has been picking a little bit up lately. It's still at $25M market cap, I think it has big potential for a huge upside. They announced contracts growth too, and earnings are on 11th Nov. I think we will see a big spike, this should be trading around $6-$8 at least. I've never seen a shares buyback at a pennystock
CSAI seems good for next week, earnings are 11th Nov
Get in CSAI before it rockets before earnings on 11/11
I’m buying CSAI, looks like a great, undervalued stock
CSAI is setting up for a really nice growth sooner or later imo. Earnings are on 11/11, they are growing contracts really fast and a $5M share buyback program was announced, despite their market cap is just $25M. I've never seen that in a pennystock, I'm really confident on this one
I sold my CSAI to buy more UAMY when it dipped before $8, but I agree it’s primed for a jump. I just wish they’d share more about that new MSA they signed
I'm into DFLI and CSAI, but honestly I think CSAI has much more potential. It's so undervalued at these prices, imo it should be trading around $5-$6 at least. The shares buyback gives me huge confidence also, I've never seen that in such a small cap company
