Such a choppy low volume day overall. Didn't trust CTOR or NXTT after lunch with how they were moving and ended up scalping both instead of holding my early entries. I don't mind volatility but today was full of random jackknives.

The confusing part is that there are two companies, Citius Pharmaceuticals (CTXR) and its subsidiary, Citius Oncology (CTOR). CTOR announced it has entered into a distribution deal with Cardinal Health (and they are currently up 10%), however, it seems the parent company, CTXR, is reaping the benefits more as they are currently up almost 120%. Can't go wrong with either in my opinion.

Nasdaq won’t lift the T12 until either scenario you listed occurs. So if they do close it will likely play out exactly as TENK > CTOR did last month. $37 > $3-$4 after ticker change. They removed the NTA amendment so they don’t have a minimum cash to close so liquidation more doubtful. Imagine we get a filing in the next few days.
