We need a solid DA to reignite the SPAC space… or we may head straight into SPAC winter. So many out there just sitting — ALF, APTX, ATII, BCSS, CUB, FCRS, IPOD, KFII, NOEM, PMTR, TACH, TVA, WENN, and plenty more. What are they waiting for? New SPACs are IPO’ing constantly and the market’s been strong. Feels like if the market dips, the excuse will just flip to “conditions aren’t right”… so when is the right time then lol? Just my opinion — not financial advice.

Watch when the market dips, sponsor’s excuse may be something like: Well… now the market conditions aren’t right. So when is the right time then lol?
*big yawn* on pre-da SPAC announcements lately.. Looking at you LEGT, POLE, ALF, CUB, DRDB, IPOD, NOEM, OACC, TVA, and many more… Or just drag your feet like the last SPAC cycle back in 2021 and be a part of the mass liquidations… Sponsors need to feel the urgency before it’s too late.

One of my long-terms (Cubic Corp) is getting acquired. I bought into them for the public transport angle, not caring about their defense/military business. Turns out the only reason they're getting acquired is because of the defense business with plans to spin off the public transport side. Now all the articles about CUB are shareholder lawsuit notices and how the defense sector is going under rapid consolidation of the "small" players.
