So ***up to*** 1.68 million ***might be*** "Share Lock-Up Agreement" shares. Haven;t seen a final figure on those on any filing yet.

Brez doesn't pass the warrant price test for me. 7 cents a warrant tells me sponsor or target are both shady. Be careful I am in with a small bet. DHHC warrants at 24 c.

After $DHHC on the 23rd there are no more merger votes scheduled. My main strategy relies on a constant flow of these. :(
