Im pretty sure as disinformation is now on everybody’s radar, Datametrex software will soon be used by many NATO members as also big corporations like Samsung and LOTTE.

DTMXF! Datametrex AI. This company is beyond impressive, and very undervalued-looking. ​ Many catalysts: Huge surplus of Cash on the books. Exponential Revenue increases year-over-year, particularly in their Health Security division. This is the only company amongst its peers that generates positive EPS. Outstanding shares were reduced by 61 Million in the 3rd Quarter. Only $30,000 CAD or $24,000 USD in Long Term Debt, which is less than 1% of both their Cash and their Revenue. Of this $30k loan, only $10k more is due before the remaining debt will be forgiven. This will be paid off within the year. Total Liabilities is less than their Cash balance, and it is less than 25% of Revenue for the first HALF of 2021. Even if the price consolidates a little bit more, it probably won't be for long. Currently, Book Value per Share is sitting at $0.08, and the price is still not far beyond that, sitting at $0.15. I see the fair value being at a minimum of $0.30, and that's a very conservative estimate using 3X revenue multiple. With the probable strong 3rd Quarter, fair value is likely to be much higher. ​ Things to consider: As of 6/30, there are 12 million stock options outstanding that will be exercised by August 2022 between $0.10 and $0.18 per share. This isn't something to worry about, as these will be exercised in the short-term, and even if the price gets held down for a few months, this could run big in 2022 and beyond. IMO. 60 million warrants outstanding exercisable at $0.26 per share by June 2023. I am hoping to see these get exercised well in advance of expiration. These are minor caveats, and are not to be concerned about, IMO. ​ Looking forward to seeing the Q3 report. This is one of the most undervalued stocks right now, which could easily run hard very soon. IMO.
All in Datametrex $DTMXF $DM. Datametrex is focused on artificial intelligence based software solutions for cyber- and information security as also health security. Also they build a new telehealth vertical and will start their service in 2022. And they’ll use their artificial intelligence solution to optimize EV charging stations. This solution will also start in 2022. These markets and products are in my opinion absolutely growth oriented. Also the company won contracts by huge companies like Samsung, LOTTE, 7-Eleven, Shinhan Bank, or even the US Air Force and NATO. By now they have nearly no debts, $10 million cash on the bank and very likely anything around $50 million revenue in 2021. And they are awaiting a $40 million Canadian government co-bid contract result shortly. There are 355 million shares outstanding and they are traded at $0,195 CAD. And they have a conservative CEO, Marshall Gunter, who is very focused on keeping their expanses as low as possible and as high as necessary to grow.

And they work on a cryptocurrency analytics solution for second largest South Korean Bank Shinhan. I’m all in!
