There are many ways to approach any investing objective. But that one is really, really complicated. My suggestion would be to just buy one of the Fidelity Asset Manager funds. FASGX or FAMRX would be close to this swiss clockwork, and with much lower fees.. Or an index based target date fund, such as FBIFX.
