BAOS went up because other Chinese stocks went up. I didn’t play any of them, but I was so inclined to short TOP at both $34 and $23, but I’m not 100% sure on how shorting works so I didn’t. I don’t know if GTEC will work the same way, but if you have a strategy that works, then keep on at it.

For the nine months ended September 2022, GTEC decreased 6% which makes sense considering the US is trying to make head weights in this market. The current stock price reflects the result of US sanctions. Majority of the subsidiaries of this holding are based in China and Hong Kong which is not very promising considering it's operational sector. I would be skeptical about buying this.

Some of the best companies are private, but XLY sells tons of product as of late, however they have issued quite a lot of shares already. Some great product from Ogen aka GTEC, but are abusive to the workers. OGI is moving lots right now, as well as VFF maintaining ground.
Mine is still green too, got in early. Agreed, not selling. I like this stock. GTEC is a similar one, a profitable, undervalued company, highly shorted on good news.
In my opinion Cenntro will be in a good position after the merger with Naked Brand. With all the approvals recently presented in Japan (+ order confirmation) and Europe together with a new Factory in Jacksonville USA( with a production capacity of 50.000 vehicles per year. ) read up on Cenntro and do your own DD (and don’t confuse with Greenland Technologies GTEC.)A lot of news is out there.

I'm very familiar with u/devilmaskrascal and am quite sure he isn't racist. It's possible to be very skeptical of China based businesses going public via SPAC simply because of historical knowledge, not racism. Take a look at GSMG/GSMGW, or METX/METXW performance for examples. Another Chinese company, Reebonz, was taken public by a Draper Oakwood SPAC about 3 years ago. But even that exSPAC performed very poorly before getting caught up in the EV euphoria this year. So it's not racism. It's past performance. The idea of investing ( if you do it correctly, IMO ) is to make money, not a social statement.

Looks like a penny stock scam to me. Look at the history of the only name on their website. Where are the patents, China? I can't find them. What's the overlap with GTEC? Honestly, I struggle to find anything that isn't a huge red flag. Best case, you're buying a piece of a tiny Chinese ~~diesel engine~~ ~~robot~~ ~~electric forklift~~ electric car company.

If you look through his post history, it shows he was on the wrong end of GTEC. He said it was “undervalued” at $15 a share a few months ago that now sits at $6.42 so he lost quite a bit on a really stupid play lmao He also invests in meme stocks so pretty rich of him to get all high and mighty and act like he’s an expert. And I bet he’ll respond by saying “oh I sold at the top” like every other person who gets a market call wrong.
