Depends on your risk tolerance of course. Personally, I also have thematic ETFs, but my tolerance and sanity only allows for an 80/20 split. My personal portfolio at the moment is: 80% XEQT; 20% Thematic ETFs - with the hope that one (or more) will reach exit velocity. The 20% is a wide range: AIQ, CIBR, WQTM, DRAM, DISK, LYTE, EUV, HUMN, NASA. But I try to keep it 20% understanding that the same swing one way can go to the other way if the market turns.

I like the etf HUMN, but it’s a smaller position for me compared to the task robotics like ROK, ATS, Teradyne, MDA Space (most people miss this as a robotics company). You can also go down the vision, motion road but then your port ends up being crowded. Just buy Nvidia and forget it, lol.
