The play isn’t $UMAC , it’s actually $JFB. The actual drone company is called XTEND - and they’re doing an SPAC merger with JFB stock, which should be finalized within the next couple months

It’s basically a reverse play, JFB gets a higher valuation AI/defense story, XTEND gets a US listing. JFB isn’t really pivoting, it’s becoming the public wrapper for XTEND’s business. unusual, but not rare, more financial engineering than operational logic.
That's a pipedream imo - doubt commons trade above NAV materially. Warrants might do OK. This is not 2021 and the novelty of Trump pubcos is gone, especially after investors lost 50-90% in the last few Trump related deals - JFB/Extend, ALTS/WLFI Treasury, ABTC/American Bitcoin, PEW/Grab, etc. etc
