TLDR: this product is nothing special nor dominant, and I wouldn’t expect rapid growth. I’m in the L&D industry. To say that the market is dominated by Docebo and Cornerstone is like saying restaurants are only Dennys and Sharis. The LMS space is far more fractured than that. Furthermore: LMS is being replaced by LXP (learning experience platforms) which are another tier of competition. There are also platforms that are built around pre-existing content (e.g., Healthstream, Relias in the healthcare training space). Docebo is not an awful product but I demoed and didn’t care for certain aspects. We ended up selecting and deploying a different LMS platform. Fedramp info may be true but fed moves slow and LMS platforms are sticky and difficult to unwind.

Check out my other post on LXP then. A little dated at this point but I’m still bullish.

I know this isn't the place for boomer stocks, butt you can never go wrong with ticker symbol O. I've held it for 20 years and it's as safe as it gets. I also have some LXP and OLP tucked away collecting divies. There are probably many other good companies, but these are the only three that I've researched the hell out of. Do your own research though.

I have LXP and WY. Been a long time owner of HD and Lowe’s. I don’t really look at them as lumber plays. I think you’re right and it’s the saw mills that will benefit.
