was a penny stock this morning, but NXTC appears to be the runner today due to a merger deal.
You want a stock that has not moved yet, that will need to raise capital (i.e. will potentially become a pump) and is a low-float? So ... let's say 3M shares is "low float" status. CERO, AMBO, VMAR, CRKN. Or do you mean a stock that will actually "squeeze" and not just be manipulated to look like a short squeeze? GTBP, KTTA and NXTC.
