Ya, I had only a couple hundred commons and went to cash on a loss on them. But I still have an ungodly amount of SABSW and averaged down doggedly. So I’m happy to see it move. The fast track was good news. The TAM on the flu therapy is pretty huge. Big problem. Getting worse. I’ve always liked SABS and I was just getting ready to capitulate and move on, so that’s good to have a little action.
No problem, just curious. In 2023 I've only been dribbling into SABS instead of SABSW, so I'm almost back to break even on my commons.
Ps, the only worse decision I made than SABSW is the small ARIZ rights position that I am praying will get a sympathetic increase in volume from BSGAR- one never knows and the two tickers are certainly not the same. 😅
SABSW holder here. 🤡Sold so many for so long and it’s still a joke. DCA, etc. earnings any day now. Just know I am glad that I swapped my warrant trading ways back in June, but it is still not a bed of roses. On some level it’s a straight spray and pray for warrant warriors on pre-DA. I’m too focused on individual tickers. Sure, some have printed heavy figures for me, but they’re so illiquid that I justify bag holding as an excuse to exit on a volume pump, more than a price pump. 😅😬🤡 I still enjoy watching the various tickers from the sidelines, vicariously. PNTM was one of my absolute favorites. Sure hope it works out for you guys.
I’m not going to lie, I’m not holding any more warrants on deSPACs because I have the new house and I’m not sure if I can come up with the capital on a call, and it is completely complex about how fast those can be called and if you’re not going to be an expert (yet) in SEC filings it is easier to manage other things like options or leaps. I’m just flabbergasted at how much some deSPAC warrants leapt yesterday. I’m not holding any, ‘cause I’m not willing to fork over the requisite $ 11.50 to convert. I’m only still in SABSW for half my initial concentration due to Scholes on a buyout deal and what my mods taught me as they struggled with DMS. I feel like I’m going to have to get serious in March about my understanding of warrants, which was ok, but not great, as flipper in the heyday. Due to personal reasons I have to wait for a few months before I can get back into my warrants. But I still watch them and I think I am stupidly conservative for not playing them on certain tickers these days. If y’all don’t have the same liquidity and fear based cash gang tendencies as myself, I think warrants are a good thing these days. I’m not a gal with regrets but I’m watching some great gains pass me by. Solidarity with warrants warriors. GLTA. Everything is temporary and always evolving and I have no regrets at this point for preserving capital and being in cash gang mode, but if I wasn’t trying hard to be liquid and have zero losses I would be playing with warrants, even on deSPACs, these days.
I ate 32k in realized losses. Bit the dust on my ZNTEW and capitulated on half my SABSW. But I remain positive and have either redeployed or moved moved to cash gang. I imagine it would have been pathetic if I had not capitulated fairly early. It’s still a fair amount for a minnow, but I don’t feel bad. I have learned and I’ve still got about 75k mixed long holds, lottery tickets and cash. Not bad for a gal who started with 4K March 2019 knowing absolutely not. ✊😬
Completed semester. Was woken from afternoon celebratory nap by high pitched whine, like feedback from an amp in garage. Texted my SO up north about our science experiment with gardening and coin mining in garage having problems and shut it down. Lol. I handle the plants he handles the miners. I didn’t think it was important or tragic, but it sure was nice surprise that he rolled in in the middle of the night and brought not only Callie the Calico back for me, but a nice Tempranillo. Good times. We both have to head north again tomorrow. I’m sure Callie is a good girl, she likes to sleep and is good in the car, but I’m tempted to leave her here with a neighbor looking in for the few days I will be gone. Obviously warmer down here. She could use a vacation herself from the new whippersnapper. Also, feel free to sell me all your SABSW, I am building my position back up.
As of this morning I am in BSGAR , ARIZR, SABSW, SABS commons, DNA commons. I flipped all the DNA warrants on gains over a year to acquire more commons and DCA down. I’m still at at $3 CB because it is not easy to lower your CB in a minnows port if you have more than 20,000 shares of anything. It is not very flattering but other than the ARIZR, I feel like my tickers have a big upside and I’m not stupid, they will suck royally for 12-18 months. My biggest risk is boredom to be frank.
SABS and SABSW have given a report on Q3. I guess they are waiting on about 6 million income to be settled out from the prior DOD grant. They restated their cash on hand is sufficient to make it through July 2023. So, no surprises and it has stabilized over the $1 threshold for now. So that’s good. Still a little choppy but back in the game. 💪

Good news is, I'm in a three week module in my teaching on Syn Bio, and so should be able to do a recap of the DD for the weekend main area with some great links and I'm I busy do it shouldn't be too verbose. Mostly, I am just so grateful. Bis on another 200 shares. Just have to play lunch money these days. I look at my major fuckups. ZNTE $19K and SABSW another $19K and haven't even fully exited the SABSW-lolol. I'm still sitting on 10K SABS warrants. Jebus! But if we look back to pandemic. I had $4000 -never even thought about investing, read about SRAC, thought WTF is a blank check, and well it has been a weird road. I have lost 40K. But if I get really real. I started with $4k. I got a fill today on some SABSW below $0.06 and STRC below $2. I already have a bunch of STRC warrants, but I'm getting worried that even if the commons 4x, warrants are likely worthless. With SABS, I think it's either going to 0 or so high that warrants will be ITM.
I have no idea what is going on with my portfolio and even less idea what is happening off my Main Street. I have seen a few videos on Reddit that are crazy because I can identify voids where friends houses were. University closed until the 10th. Everyday gets better than the last. I get some bandwidth now for video and I honestly can say I had no idea. Holy crazy crap. I have discovered that I am not only addicted to SPACS and might be a day trader, but I’m apparently also addicted to News from Ukraine. My SABSW might get forbidden 🚫 but if you aren’t selling I don’t see a problem. I contemplated much and think ARIZR have a higher probability of ducking us than BSGAR and so even though ARIZR are on sale, I will not buy. I am sorry to say that I will not accumulate more UTAAW due to a recent resignation from a SPAC principal that I viewed in my driveway in a mere glimpse and I have a tranche I will keep but she is small. Jeez louise, that's amazing!! I bought and held my DMS in solidarity with Karmalizing and lost patience-- think I liquidated for a HUT miner 5-6k gain, one week where where i had to trade hard to offset losses. Good on you, you stayed the course. You did it, man!! Might even take the sting out of the SABSW slap to face. Congrats, that's well deserved patience and a winner for the subs' DD.
Ah, shit, I cannot complain. Pretty good week overall. I guess positive is relative. If y'all got some gain porn, tell me about it. ;) It is Friday, you can gloat. I'd like to see it. Fam is flying in Sunday. Gonna go pressure wash the Florida mold off the driveway and cool deck, do big laundry chores, and use the carpet cleaner to do some of the upholstery for the kitties favorite hangouts. Good morning! A little excitement yesterday on that $DNA. Still not leaving! Alas, the tutes and retail are perking up ears. Not sure if the gains will hold much through H2. Thank heavens I was birthed in SPAC fire, so I have a little experience with volatility. The only thing that makes this palatable is the volume. I'm dithering on the sustainability of the rise. I want to unload the last of my warrants and recycle that to commons. I'd also like to sell the last tranche of shares with a C/B of 9-10, only about 300, but it could easily wash out my tax harvesting motivation in a wash sale rule, so timing, as always is key. Last thing I am laughing at myself about, some may remember--this summer spent way too much time in the Barda research and ARPA-H hearings on C-SPAN- supremely joyless task for hours and hours. Only to find in the ER yesterday that Ginkgo was soaking up enormous headway through the utterly obvious 'chips' and 'inflation fighting" green bills already run through. SMH, talk about missing the forest for trees. Ginkgo trees, that is. ;) At least that Barda and ARPA-H stuff might also help me with my ungodly amount of SABSW. That IONQ got overshadowed, but she's a keeper. I will be curious about FOUN when she rings the bell today. Ya, I toss lunch money in occasionally. I mean, let's face it, you can make a dent in your C/B for the price of a lunch these days, slowly, overtime. I don't have to do work lunches during summer with colleagues, so I toss it into SABSW or some other penny entry on a coin miner rights play. Seems like folly, but I respect your strategy and ....if you are doing it, too ---I can't be that stupid. After not that kind of DR taught me how to sell specific shares in the Fidelity app, well, it has become a more interesting strategic game for tax loss harvesting.

Never before have I resorted to stock twits for a smidgeon of hopium. lolol. Same with me, on my counterbalance in another sector, if I hadn't taken a flyer on a real Oil and Gas E & P when she was down, and benefited from dividends ($PRMRF) I would have cut bait on $SABSW. But I still think $SABS could do well. They are executing everything as they should. It helps that SABS 185 costs them nothing. Maintaining courage.
SABSW: First, I am pleased the new Russian Kropotova, trained in Vladivostok, Russia’s Silicon Valley, has issued what looks like a good, albeit randomly timed, new direction for several patents. Combined with Beyer, the CFO from Astra Zeneca, management is shaping up. Second, gone are the Covid and Mers proven patents and in is the universal Diversitab platform. New emphasis on SAB-195 for crucial antibiotic resistance fight. Third, I had high hopes for a CSL Behring acquisition based on the SABS immuno organ transplant rejection research and CSL’s prior acquisitions of Vitaeris and Clazakizumab. I thought after the SABS collaboration together CSL would have moved from the MAbs to the PAbs. Shrugs shoulders. Last, despite the lack of new published research on any patented pipeline project, and no further mention of newly garnered research grants (hitherto their only source of revenue) the insider holding ratio and tutes’ accumulation is very nice. I was happy to see some proactive action and the tease of their new (pivot??) emphasis on 195(C-Diff), 176 (diabetes), and 142 (influenza). Just have to wait and see. Would like more publications and grants. Still holding. Think next earnings will be crucial.
Didn't sell SABSW. I find myself having three accounts--two tax free. Makes it a little hard to view cost basis sometimes in a general sense. Remember I'm 85% cash, so it won't be easy in anything other than SPACS to hit a 2% average for 17 days- I have to make a great deal deal with only 15% deployed. DNA, guesstimation is hard, as I was in house money and then added for a while. Will dump my DNA warrants first good chance I get. Only want commons now. Weighted 15% warrants and 85% commons-- selling warrants on pops and buying commons- don't really care too much below three what I pay for common--if I buy it with warrant gains. C/B on commons isn't that great: 2600 at 5.15-6? in the tax free from the heyday and 1700 at 3 in taxable from chiseling. I toggled and sold some, only to buy back in since January a few times. Kinda messy, sorry couldn't be clearer. SABSW, smaller tranche at .83 and 90% at .53. Obviously at these prices I could slap the ask, accumulate, and still come out ahead. I fat fingered a sell last week, as I wanted some liquidity to buy more miners' rights from the two Bitmain backed miners. Embarrassing. On the SABSW, the new Russian chick is shaking some stuff up. In wait and see mode on it. Happy it went up but want more than another PPT before I feel too happy. Although it was nice to see what few cents will do to move the port. Still a way to go but doesn't sound too bad, Gz. Did you sell the SABSW pump, still holding or generally DCAing and selling some on pumps? Curious as to what your DNA and SABSW averages are as they have been all over the place, and while +50% seemed nice it's been there regularly within the last months.

No. Even more embarrassing is the fact that I sold a small tranche of my total to free up cash to buy an even riskier, crazier gambit that I could not stop obsessing over. I bought the FTX/Alameda token. FTT-USD. I got a feeling about that one. Shrugs shoulders. I still have plenty of SABSW! I only sold about 12%. 😊 but I just shifted my risky business laterally for another lottery ticket without touching my cash reserves.

Mine is SABSW down 84% on one tranche, but $13k overall on paper in the various tranches and accounts in which I hold it. Which actually isn’t as bad as I thought, so in a weird way, I am glad you asked. Down $ 30k overall on paper. Still have 85% cash. Getting pickier about deploying it. I am numb. But I’m also on day ten of giving up coffee and doing healthy stuff. It is boring AF.

Ya I have already written off my bags in my mind. I am glad I capitulated back in the first downturn on my ZNTEW yolo, because I was able to get that money moving and working for me. In this particular moment not so much. Consequently I just consider the paper losses gone on the heavy weighted holdings (aka bags) of my SABSW.
Hang in there. That SNAx capitulation is hard. I am inclined to say that you did the right thing. I have a big SABSW position and I am not capitulating just because I know they have cash to burn for a while and I can wait it out. Sucks to be down on paper but my heart goes out to you and I see why you would bail. Also none of the whales on the sub except maybe one decent player are vocally in SABSW with me. Whereas we can see the writing on the walls for poor ole SNAX and the way it went through the pump and hype. Nonetheless I keep it in my watchlist for a decent commons entry and am always mindful of player’s positions who can move mountains up or down. Hard times and I hope it helps you rebalance

Whelp, my Kazakh bitcoin miners are coming in surprisingly well and up about 75% on my UTAAW but I’m sad in my SABSW yolo. To be honest you haven’t missed much. Slow going and no big traffic. Unless you are options traders on low floats or long holdings set and forget. Miss the action but always grateful for job activities and projects at work. Funny that my work projects take minimum 2 years to come to fruition and I get chapped if I hold a warrant position for more than 30 days. Good to see you buddy. GLTA

Lol. I am right there with you. Sold out of my IONQ but wouldn’t mind a piece of that. If only I wasn’t in a massive growth strategy to augment my fidelity port, I would be parking more in these plays. If I hit 200k I will. Maybe this summer I will dip my toes in some heavy green gains and be able to sequester funds for true long term goals but for now I am sadly just pushing the limits on 6 month or short period plays, excluding $DNA and my ungodly amount of SABSW for the coming second wave.

I’m totally cash gang. I get it. For a crazy warrant flipper in the heyday, I am looking very scared now in reality if I look at my trades, actions and port. I am still in capital preservation mode. Making smaller forays out of the trenches. And I sell stuff if I get a good pop. Probably should have held onto those SABSW yesterday but I thought, whelp, 14k warrants is enough to ride or die with if she eventually runs like NRXP did, so essentially I am still de-risking while holding high conviction super risky plays that I think will be ok through Q3/4 2023. Added so much SABSW last week. Have stopped trying to play macro events with my SPAC warrants and stick to my convictions for companies with cash for 18 months and serious prospects. It brings me no pleasure to see China outbreaks and lockdowns with an inferior, inefficient vaccine and we all just want to done with Covid. It is still a meritorious suite of cures for MERs, Ebola, and Zika. I wish them good luck and still believe. Biotech is just crushed right now.

I am still trying to get back to equilibrium. DNA and SABSW made me very happy today but I know they will both go higher than this so I wasn’t even tempted to sell. In for a long haul hold.
Ya I did well with warrants and sold. Then I bought back in a 4 on those warrants one day on the advice of Hizelspieger and ran them up to 8 quickly, they went a great deal higher but I sold early as I have a tendency to peel off gains. I gotta say I am hoping for some parallels with SABSW

I'm still 70.92% in cash, but I made some jack on puts and sold my XPDI warrants. So at one point that went up to 78%. I spent the 8% gains immediately, even though it was grim last two weeks. I slowly chiselled in on more PNTMW, SABSW, ROIV and DNA. I am looking at FPAC and DKNG next. If I get some equilibrium and feel more confident I will put some long hold (set and forget) in ORGN. I have massive paper losses.

Concur. I'm surprised anybody took my tractor speculation seriously, but it now seems like a possibility. Thanks for encouraging me to post my loose ideas. In my port I have the big PNTMW position and the Massive SABSW position with upcoming February catalysts. The accelerated, combined phase 2/3 trial for SABS will be about that time, too. February 25th is when the study concludes. 2nd half of February could see some gains.GLTA!

I am going to have to rethink my allocations to my tax free accounts. I had started with that 4k in a Traditional and made so much bank, I was really grateful for the sub to tell me how to backdoor it into a new Roth for this year 2021. ...Alas, as a noob, I am staring at the stuff I put in the tax free IRAs and thinking it was the stuff I didn't want to touch for a while, or sell. Which is dumb, because for 2022 contributions, I'll have to sell some of it. Or chisel into those gains. That's what I'm hoping that SABSW chunk will do for me--create some gains to make the full IRA contribution for this coming year 2022. So many things to think about. Was dumb to put all my long holds in there in a way. Will do it differently next time. Still learning.

Same. I’m big on SABSW and lots of bullish SOFI exposure via shares and CSP which are currently ITM. I’m also deep in CRHC calls again with cheap $10 calls. I’m just waiting to see if any of my older SPAC groups can figure out how to take a company public. Might be time to reload AVAN and maybe ETAC warrants in the mid $0.60s again.
I bought PLTR, XBI, ESSC (!) wait and see, and heaven help me moar SABSW. Was thinking about tax loss harvesting and then threw down moar until a week or so, to see what she'll do. Currently eyeing INTC as I think they made the right move into SEA and then SEA central bankers wisely didn't raise rates, so she will run. XBI never looked lower, can only go up. Thought I might see a little life on my SABSW with the Nasdaq Bio tech index addition and some good PR circulating over the weekend. But nope.
Bought in for the fun of it with a thousand bucks I didn't want to lose, but that I thought might cheer me up and go up. Cashed out, totally out, at $1750.83 and threw it into SABSW. Only time will tell, but I had total blast. Only other one I played was a baby DWAC smash and grab on the first day. I always sell too early. Appreciate all of your efforts to look out for folks.
