Experienced, not just hypothetical, synergy from SGN tech, reputation of CEO with past successes, non-crowded hot and highly needed / growing sector, already has a working center with 2 other LOI's signed for others so there is obvious confidence and growth happening, utilizing $SMCI tech through a reported collaboration (according to a recent PR) - so the product/service their delivering is high quality. $SMCI has been expanding in this sector recently
I think the drop was justified and expected. I sold out of SGN knowing it was too high based on the predictable drop upon new listing, and the large depreciation of the share conversion for their shares. Those that didn't know that held, and then sold on the low volume drop you saw because it didn't rise, but rather fell, so they had to sell to prevent losses from growing. This pattern snow balled as more sgn holders had to sell to avoid losses. It oversold, and now it's at support. It hasn't had the common run/pump that new listings have regularly and the price is primed for it now, as well as the float remaining locked and the only sellers (SGN) presumably gone already or holding at high prices without likely shares sufficient for any selling pressure at the prices it's at now.
Do you think the drop from 6-7 was justified then? But who is doing the sellling? Afaik stocks are either locked up or from SGN retail who should have a cost basis of 7+ So the drops makes no sense to me
Many SGN holders bought at very high premiums and didn't realize the merger would dilute them, so any complaints are coming from those. It's 7+ dollars below their price right now, so I understand their frustration, but that just makes the price better for new buyers now because the only sellers are so high above the current price. Their shares are also very diluted from the exchange ratio. It was a fair deal, but you just had to read and see to understand what your ultimate holding would be after the merger.
On paper it looks like a great entry here. But I’m concerned of all the noise about this being a fraudulent setup. Do the facilities exist and is there really a business behind all of this? I really don’t mean to spread FUD, I’m actually invested but wanting to buy more. But there is so much concern on Stocktwits and what not. Maybe just from old SGN holders

Found the same info earlier (few weeks ago) after my own DD, went in at 0,11. Well done on the DD. Also bought SGN at 0,34 avg, held through the merger and now holding AIB, the pricing will corect itself once the large owners can act after the 180day lockup, current price is manipulation on low float and unsuspecting holders.
I think the price for AIB fluctuates ~$3.5 because the market cap is 95 million and traders assume the number of shares is around 30 million, based on SGN numbers. The exchange ratio is 0.0934 not 1 so clearly they cannot have the same float; SEC filings can attest. Not sure why Jerry Tang and co (+brokerage) is not releasing the float numbers.

$AIB, 3USD with 2.7m float, a disaster yesterday, brokers screwed up the merger with $SGN and didn t converse the shares until nearly close, totally oversold now
Been holding since mid Feb. Up 5.5k so far with the overnight price. My only concern is when the merger gets closed, it pulls an SGN/AIB and i can't sell it and re-enter. Gonna go long on this

They said 8.5% of the SGN shares will be floated in the filings so the float should be < 3 million
This is the weirdest day of my fucking life. Full port EONR. Exit @ 1.3. Enter SGN @ 0.5415. Excited at market open. Can buy EONR at massive discount and increase my position. AIB doesn't open when its supposed to. Then my shares are not fucking selling. It halts immediately. And when I can trade again it is back down -30%. Spend the rest of the day crying, screaming and pissing everywhere. Sell AIB gradually. Enter back in on EONR @1.03 with 10 less shares than I did yesterday and 5 years of life span lost. Bruh.

Yes, but I closed at a small profit when I felt it wasn't going anywhere. Then I full ported EONR but felt discouraged so I sold today at $1.33 and full ported into SGN. If it goes up during the merger, I'm probably going to cut half and put it back in EONR.

There's no current halt placed on SGN. It will be tradable Sunday night. A ticker change doesn't require a halt. KLMR changed last week to GRML under the same merger circumstances last week with no halt period.
And so Sunday night when market opens SGN can’t be traded anymore until it changes in Tuesday ur saying?
