Most of them, especially when I was new to trading. Too many speculative biopharma, and I wasn't really looking at things like p/e ratio - just assumed they'd moon. They need capital to do what they do, and they have products with good results that I believe in, but I should have stayed away. BMEA, TOVX, RVPH, INTS, SKYE, HUMA, FEMY, RVPH.

Yay 🙄 October 16th 8-K — they just diluted. Around 7 M shares issued now and ~15 M new warrants can be added later, totaling roughly 22 M potential new shares. This is why I dropped TOVX — they paired good clinical news with dilution. Always check the filings.

**TOVX** digested the news on the announcement of a warrant inducement transaction. Warrants would expired in 5 years, exercise price @. 54 Yesterday AH .85. Look like the company raise 4M with a reason. Trial is still going on. Any announcement on Monday congress would be a bonus.

After hours. When the traditional trading in the stock market is over and only select sites will allow one to trade. I don’t know how long you’ve been following TOVX, but nearly every time there’s a pump/increase/recovery from .40 to .45/.60 the AH always dumps back down like .15 give or take. So I’m not surprised this is happening again. I’m personally holding at least until the 20th to see if the data they present can be backed up by the scientific community. If so, then I’m holding until potential FDA approval.
TOVX dropping heavily? Fucked up here. Had £50 in, was up over 50%, increased to near £1.3k. Now plummeting. If this is a lesson go be learned then fair enough and I will. But is there a rational explanation? Hear the term rug pulling a lot, so thought I'd ask!

So TOVX is doing…something. Two recent AH saw a huge jump into the 50s and the most recent one came back down as you’d expect but it looks like the support level is now 12% higher. It’s also staying the course or consolidating nicely during yesterday and today’s red ocean

DVLT I got in at .39. I only expected the IBM product launch for this month, but it has surprised me with how much news its pumped out. I will hold until product launch then exit unless anything changes, but I don't have to worry about them diluting or delisting if they stay above $1 for 3 more consecutive days BURU probably a swing trade. There are two events this month, Association of the United States Army annual event and their acquisition approval of Orbit S.r.l. So probably end of the month? TOVX has two events this month I listed in my DD. So probably end of the month as well. PCSA will probably hold until whenever their clinical trial data is released Q4 (hoping its positive). Their delisting date is Feb. 2, 2026 so I expect some movement to prevent that from happening.
Im in BURU 1500 shares with .14 average. I'm also in DVLT, BURU, PCSA, and TOVX. Diversifying is always key. We aren't limited to one play
