Imvesting in small cap commercial biotech can work very well. On the topic of Twitter, both Mathew Gamber and Jonathan Faison love those types of names. And they do well I very rarely invest solely on buyout thesis but I make exceptions. Latest was VTYX which I actually detailed after the readout Thx for the kind words!
You can buy VTYX and hope Sanofi buys them out (currently in negotiations) Or buy BIOA (same validated drug as VTYX) and that may get bought by Novartis

I’ve lost a lot of money the last week or so buying things when they’ve already peaked then taking the L when they tank soon after. (EONR, BNBX,VTYX and today it’s been GNPX) . It’s been super frustrating. Luckily I have a very small account so it doesn’t hurt that much.
VTYX will likely do a dilutive share offering this week which will cause their stock to drop. I'm short 50k shares. Check their spike last week, highly likely they'll issue this week given it's a cash burning biotech.
