Uhh yeah? Bro, "stock went up or down XXX%" doesn't mean shit anymore. SNDK has gone up 1000's of % in the last year. Most of the time outside of a recession, stocks are making new ATH's. If you're waiting for a big dip to buy, you're going to be sitting on the sideline in cash for a while.
