People also don't realize APD peeps can be very charismatic and charming to get what they want. Lots of people think they are stone cold , emotionless people. They are great manipulators.

That's not how antisocial personality disorder works. If someone is a sociopath or psychopath, they have no conscience. They don't have to lie to themselves and can tell whatever to whomever without feeling any emotions about it at all. They simply use words to get what they want, nothing more, nothing less. Dunno if SBF has APD, just wanted to clarify.
