So, if I get what your saying, a lender would have to get back at least the appreciation rate of bitcoin to even consider lending money to a borrower. I agree that very few companies could jump that hurdle especially given that the borrower’s own RADR (risk adjusted discount rate) would be even higher than that. Very few potential investment projects would have a positive NPV.
