CIIG/ZAPP is so illiquid, it has already halted twice under 19.5k volume
ZAPP (new SPAC ) name change from CIIG. Gonna pop premarket
No, but CIIG disclosed a FPA [for up to 10 million shares](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/0001841338/000119312523116759/d486788d8k.htm) on April 26. "Pursuant to the terms of the Forward Purchase Agreements, the Sellers may, but are not obligated to, purchase up to 10,000,000 shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, of CIIG II (“CIIG II Common Stock”) in the aggregate before the closing of the Business Combination (the “Closing”). The aggregate total number of shares subject to the Forward Purchase Agreements will be in no event more than 10,000,000 Shares (as defined in the Forward Purchase Agreements)."

I had been watching this since CIIG. I liked the idea. When I saw the price a few days ago I thought fuck it and threw some gambling money at it. I’ll likely buy more if it continues to drop but won’t be remortgaging my house.
$JWAC NAV floor dip. Got in at $9.60. :) Hopefully this one plays nicer than $CIIG did.
Well $CIIG gave a lame ass 8-K. Didn't even announce the redemption numbers. Sold after hours. On to the next.
Anyone think we'll get a super special $CIIG 8-K come out after hours? I sure hope so.
$CIIG volume coming out of left field here.
$GBRG already only has roughly 1.8 million shares in float compared to about 29 million for $CIIG. So it will take less redemptions as a percentage to really set it off.
Well even if it doesnt work out it is still a good trade. I'm also pretty famous in my trading floor that I've literally never had a winning trade from colleagues, so hopefully I don't jinx the trade. Btw, why do u think GBRG will be a low floater and not CIIG ? Ciig had actually less volume the past 3 days
I also tried SlayZomb1's setup in $CIIG, my price is roughly 9.50, if the setup is successful it should spike to roughly 10.50 today, maybe even more ! good luck
$CIIG is prime for an easy NAV dip play.
ARVL starting buying this stinker in 2020 when it was CIIG at 30-33$ a share! I averaged down to $10 with over 1k shares and it just keeps sucking balls! I think got down to .13 at one point
GME “was also on the verge of collapse too” in Jan. 2021, remember? Then people (retail investors) came together to save it, gave it life, as far as the stock, and then immediately by physically supporting them through donations and then buying their products and services as they are brick and mortar. Remember the short squeeze? No different here. Arrival SA has had the odds stacked against them. They debuted from a SPAC (CIIG Merger Acquisition) in an unfortunate time, in the pandemic, when supply chain was effected by boarders being shut down, chip shortage, then Russia/Ukraine war which again effected supply chain, and then inflation which by the way is getting tamed (check out recent CPI data) as we speak. And then to put the icing on the cake, betted against institutional investors as they always do this to companies who are pioneers (micro factories instead of giga factories like Elon Musk is/has been doing) in their craft. ARVL has been getting shorted since genesis, since they were a SPAC. Carbon emissions also leak from commercial automobiles (bus, truck, etc.), way more than consumers (regular people like you and I using our cars to go to work, etc.). Think about all the busses and truck in the world used to transport people and products. Arrival SA is basically the Tesla of the commercial world. Oh and by the way, institutional investors also bet against Elon and Tesla, and look at what happened, Elon beat them! Lfg $Arvl
Zapp, a High Performance Two-Wheel Electric Vehicle Company, to Become Publicly Traded via Business Combination with CIIG Capital Partners II $CIIG
Any love for CIIG? Beaten up bad but ER out today and they seem to be on track to deliver. UPS contracts, FirstBus contracts, cash on balance sheet. Been shorted heavy because Russian born mogul owns it?
Don't buy warrants over a .30 cents unless team has a proven record. FMIV, DMYS, DCRD, SVFA, CIIG etc. i know that isn't your question but still feel it's important to mention. As others said warrants are usually a price indicator of what's to come with the underlying stock
100% agree with this list. you just missing 2 DMYS and FMIV. i would also throw GIA and CIIG in there
Damn $ARVL at $5, who remembers the good old CIIG days and after hours gains
Lol I just came across the below in the ARVL earnings press release from two weeks ago. I was buying the dip yesterday and yoloing in some short dated options like a degenerate since the stock went from $18 to $10 in a matter of few days. Could be a decent “gamble” in Dec/Jan options, supposed to be coming out with some bs prototype electric car for Uber by the end of the year and the volume today was just insane, 33m when it’s usually 1m “Arrival previously provided long-term forecasts in connection with its merger with the CIIG special purpose acquisition company. Since then Arrival has invested more to further develop its platforms, and to secure components and batteries for production. As a result Arrival has revised its Microfactory rollout, and now expects significantly lower vehicle volumes and revenue in 2022. Future growth is dependent on the number of Microfactories the Company can deploy, which is a function of its access to capital. As a result Arrival’s previous long-term forecasts from the merger should no longer be relied upon.”
