I think ETAC probably belongs in this cohort, I think I missed it because Spactrac had already updated. At this point, ETAC is still a rumor, not a DA though, correct? And a 3 month old rumor? I'm not in ETAC, and don't really have any capital to try it.

Hard to say, still waiting on that ETAC investor deck with the Uplive merger, they are claiming over 500 million users, the number 1 highest grossing social media app in the asia-pacific region, and number 3 among the top generating android social media apps globally. I never heard of them until this merger announcement, then again it's a chinese social media app. I want to see those hockey stick projections and chinese accountant numbers in full color, now.

I held all three. I bailed on ETAC and still hold AVAN and LFTR. LFTR has a phenomenal team, i feel like they should pull through. i’m pissed at the lack of activity as well though. also down big
AVAN & LFTR still have a good 6 months left, so I wouldn't really panic yet. ETAC has 4 months left as well, still time. But yes, you need to monitor warrant positions when they get towards the end, especially if they get to only a couple months left.

Man these just continue to shock me daily, some will obviously double from here but imo it’s not worth the risk. Saying that I’ve a lot of money tied up in some lotto ones like OCA, SCVX, ALTU, ETAC but I just don’t see any demand for these and a lot of these will be forced to settle for shitty deals which will result in no pop (god forbid no liquidations on the ones we are holding lol). So I just don’t see the appeal, I’m continuously having to talk myself out of buying in at these levels but give in once in a while I was looking at TACA yesterday and can’t believe the price today, crazy! I’m not sure in what capacity he’s involved but this spac has Brent Saunders associated with it I believe, I can’t see that guy having his name attached to a SPAC which liquidated but who knows. Still a little baffled at the reason for ETAC...I know they have a deadline in like 5 months, but still seems weird to tank to .22 as a 1/3 split warrants. Think it's just a big desperation seller and people aren't that interested enough in the team to slap asks when desperation sellers are slapping bids.
Those playing pre-DA warrants, what is your biggest position? Mine is by far ACQRW (Stephen McLaughlin/FT Partners will find something awesome - most connected guy in fintech) but now with many excellent 1/5 and 1/4 warrants in the same range probably should spread out more than I am. Some of these are gonna top teams are gonna get winners that go to $2-3 at least. I rarely play any sub 1/4 unless the team is elite (AAQC) or it's a swing because it's just way too cheap (ETAC right now, by far the cheapest 1/3rd.)

I'm personally gonna target ETAC and CFFE. ETAC deadline is 5 months away but someone was already selling it at 15% discount post market hours on Friday at $0.32 after BTAQ news. It's already the lowest 1/3 split warrant out there so another discount would be hella stupid. CFFE has deadline in a month. But they've already filed for extension and meeting is set for March 8th. Redemptions will also be very very low since they're adding $0.20 per share to trust. They also mentioned in filing that they're talking to various companies already. I'd like to believe they'd announce before the meeting. This is the same team as CFVI-Rumble so they can pull off a meme/conservative target. It's already the lowest 1/4th split warrant out there at $0.44.
Yeah end of July. I also have ETAC but I might buy more. It's already the lowest 1/3 split warrant out there so it's already priced for liquidation. And has had high volume days recently both on commons and warrants. Last week it had a 1m volume day on warrants. Something might be cooking.

Yup - honestly was caught off guard here. Thought I knew my expirations roughly off top of my head, but did not. Need to spend some time this weekend and review all of mine and most likely continue consolidating. Unfortunately ones nearing deadline in the past had some decent pops since they were so beat down, but guessing like most other things that trend has changed. Some mentioned on here are upcoming. ETAC in July, GOAC in August (can't believe didn't sell 2 weeks ago on that spike), ERES in July, ENPC in September, AVAN in October, IGAC in September. And BWAC is on the 17th... either gets that DA done or is toast... They did file the 10Q/A on the 24th and spent $1.3m in November to extend. So another $1.3 is needed by the 17th. I think if they were giving up they wouldn't have filed on the 24th.

Yeah IGAC ran off a fucking cliff but it was a good opportunity to hop stocks. ETAC dipped back into the 30's and IGAC is up a bit from where I bought it at 40 cents. I truly tried to hop out of TEKK too but I'm not selling the bid and there's no volume.
Traded my ETAC warrants for IGAC warrants. They were a penny cheaper and I like the team more. Fingers crossed Tusk does something.
Just sold my remaining BTAQ warrants for a 15-60% loss (bought at two points). You guys are welcome, maybe their spend in Q3 will finally be revealed in form of a DA soon. Held for 9 months or so, quite sad stuff regarding everything from opportunity cost to the actual loss. Thank god it wasn't a huge position, still hate it. BTAQ has until Feb. 28 to find a deal, and can extend for 6 months, but not worth it for me. There has been zero interest in the latest SPAC DAs regarding warrants, some have even lost value on their DA day. Sure there will be deals that people are interested in, but all things regarded it's a stupid gamble at the moment. Like REVH a lot! PLMI is another 1/5 I like in the same price range. 1/4s I like PCPC (common is 25, not 10), ENPC (both have investor friendlier structures) and I like FACT as well. 1/3s I like ETAC and PIAI, tons of choices at ~.5
Ugh - SPACs suck. ETAC and GOAC are actively undergoing litigation and have a trust sized to bring a multi billion dollar company public. I don't see it happening and hopefully they don't dissolve and burn the warrant holders. On a speculative note, one of the CEOs of ETAC retweets conservative media posts a lot and follows people with some pretty extreme conservative views, maybe they'll go for something like Newsmax or OAN? No rumors - pure speculation.
Imma laugh if ETAC shocks the hell out of me and actually turns out to be the best group of my main 3. (Crhc and avan being the other 2)

Same. I’m big on SABSW and lots of bullish SOFI exposure via shares and CSP which are currently ITM. I’m also deep in CRHC calls again with cheap $10 calls. I’m just waiting to see if any of my older SPAC groups can figure out how to take a company public. Might be time to reload AVAN and maybe ETAC warrants in the mid $0.60s again.

It's weird but it seems like the older ones are old for a reason... Their sponsor is too busy with other stuff to work full time on a target. I usually go for newer cheaper stuff and I've gotten a number of DAs. My oldest stuff...ERES and ETAC....I finally sold at a loss.... I figure the eventual DA is unlikely to be worth the wait. These days I'm just buying post DA around $10. A lot more efficient.
I have bids on several for Jan - March 10cs. A couple have hit. APSG, HAAC, IGAC, LFTR, CRU, ETAC, IGAC, PRPB, SVfA, XPOA, ZNTE. Only small lottos as could be worthless but we have seen DA spike so they could really payout if they announce DAs. ZNTE is interesting because I think NAV increases to 10.2 or 10.25 when they extend soon. So if you get the 10cs for January they may not end worthless.

He has also sat on the Board of Directors for Clari & Talend (data consolidation platforms) 2. Jeff Clarke: Former CEO of Travelport & Kodak (where he helped reorient the company after its bankruptcy in 2012). 3. Guy Gecht: Former CEO of Electronics for Imaging (EFT) (where he spearheaded the launch of their first suite of print workflow software and their Fiery Servers & guided through many acquisitions, the largest being VUTEk, a digital inkjet printing company). Also a former Acting-Manager of one of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) high-tech divisions.
ETAC got an option chain a few weeks ago, which is surprising considering that it doesn’t meet volume requirements + that is fairly rare for pre-DA spacs these days. Just an observation, unlikely related to imminent DA. How many of the spacs you flagged last quarter with high expenses announced?

yep i’m debating cutting ETAC lose despite buying more the other day ironically. wanted to average down a little to hopefully be able to get out of it in better shape if it rises a little. I bit on RAMM because it was made that a DA would take place pretty quickly and they already had a target picked. The timeline on the spac is much shorter than others so hopefully we see something soon
